Most of the Cosmetic Items can be deleted. Exeptions are immortals and arcanas and some items from special events. All items that can be deleted, can as well get recycled.
Restrictions[edit]
You are prevented from deleting or recycling a couple of items. Mostly because they are valuable or highly exclusive.

Charm fragments gained from failed predictions are best suited for recycling.
