i cant remove the board and when i do he crosses to the wrong side, help

oh?? what do you mean the wrong side? it should put you on the side before you placed the board, the board has to be in place in order for you to get into the lobby area

you only wanna take the board anyway if you havent solved the xray puzzle since one of the xray clues requires the board, but if you got that already you can just leave the board in place on the 2nd floor

I left it there but at the chase scene I kept dying because I couldn't remove the board and moths kept killing me 😭

that should be fixed now! once you get the garden spade, if you try to take the board with you, you should get an auto scene where randall places the board back and doesnt let you pick it back up to prevent soft locking like in the demo ^^
