Adrian joined Trustpilot as Chief Executive Officer on 13 September 2023. Adrian has held a number of senior executive and commercial roles throughout his career. He was Global Chief Operating Officer ("COO") of Just Eat from 2011-2018. As COO, with P&L responsibility for the UK and all international markets, he played a key role in the successful growth and transition of Just Eat from a loss-making start-up to a FTSE 100 company generating over £170m of EBITDA.
From 2019 to 2022, Adrian was Chief Executive Officer of Dext, the leading SaaS accounting automation platform. Under Adrian's leadership the business trebled the number of users around the world, and delivered significant product innovation, gross margin and bottom line improvement. Most recently, he was Chief Business Officer of Cera, the digital-first healthcare-at-home company, with responsibility for product, engineering, data and care delivery teams.
Hanno joined the Group as CFO in January 2016. He was previously a Senior Vice President at Bankrate Inc., where he oversaw corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this, Hanno held positions at Apax Partners, a global private equity firm, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, working on projects across multiple industries.
Hanno holds a Masters in Finance (MFin) from Princeton University and a Diploma in Economics (Dipl.-Vw.) from the University of Bonn.
Brian joined as Chief Revenue Officer in June 2024 and leads all of Trustpilot’s commercial teams globally. Bringing over 30 years experience, Brian has an outstanding track record of sales leadership in global SAAS businesses, including Adobe, Magento, Oracle, and SUSE.
Brian joined from Adobe, where he was responsible for the Digital Media business, including the Creative Cloud and Document Cloud product segments, selling internationally to a range of verticals and customers from enterprise to mid-market and SMB.
Anoop joined Trustpilot in February 2020 and was appointed as Chief Trust Officer in January 2024.
As the Chief Trust Officer, Anoop heads up our Trust & Transparency team responsible for ensuring consumers, customers and stakeholders trust in Trustpilot, and trust in the reviews and ratings on our platform. His role covers public affairs, policy and litigation, content integrity, product and regulatory compliance, fraud and investigations, commercial legal, privacy and data protection, employment and corporate support.
Anoop is an experienced lawyer, and holds an LLM in Innovation, Law and Technology from Edinburgh University, and a Diploma in Competition Law from King’s College London.
Prior to joining Trustpilot, Anoop was at Skyscanner, the global online meta-search serving over 100m travelers each month handling complex regulatory and privacy issues. He has also built and grown a successful global B2B business in the fintech industry, following his time in private practice.
As well as his legal and regulatory expertise, Anoop is a software engineer, combining his unique blend of legal, operational and software experience to lead legal, technical and specialist teams at Trustpilot.
Donna joined Trustpilot in 2019 to lead Trustpilot’s People function. With more than 25 years’ experience in the field, Donna has significant expertise to build and lead a world-class People function. Her main focus is to make Trustpilot an even better place to work and grow in order to attract and retain the best-inclass talent.
Prior to Trustpilot, Donna was an HR Vice President at COWI for their international operations. Donna has also held senior positions at Maersk and AECOM.
Donna holds a Bachelor of Human Resources Management degree from the University of South Australia.
Carolyn joined Trustpilot in July 2024 in a new role as Chief Strategy Officer. She is responsible for leading business and corporate development, including strategy, ancillary revenue, pricing and monetisation. Carolyn brings 20 years experience across Private Equity, McKinsey, and leading consumer brands, such as Nike, eBay and P&G.
Before joining Trustpilot, she worked at Prosus Group, one of the world’s largest consumer internet companies ($164B net asset value), as the VP, Global Head of Strategy and Business Development. In this role, she led the Group AI strategy, investment due diligence and portfolio value creation. She also served as Interim Chief of Staff for Stack Overflow, driving their AI response, path to breakeven, and strategic partnerships with OpenAI, Google and Indeed. At Nike, Carrie led the International E-commerce business, doubling sales to $1B in 2 years, and was GM Connected Commerce and Head of Strategy for EMEA.
Alicia joined Trustpilot in October 2021 as Chief Marketing Officer and was appointed as Chief Customer Officer in January 2024. Alicia is responsible for Marketing, Brand and External Communications and Customer Experience.
Alicia is also responsible for strategic technology partnerships to deliver customer benefits through product integrations.
Prior to Trustpilot, Alicia built world-class business and technology brands at Intuit, Sage, Western Union and Symantec. Her experience includes global and regional leadership in the USA and Europe, leading both marketing and sales.
Dave joined Trustpilot as Chief Information Officer in October 2023 and was promoted to Chief Technology Officer in July 2024. During his career Dave has held senior technology leadership roles in sectors as diverse as Healthcare, Defence and New Media. As Group CIO of Just Eat he was accountable for the security, stability, and scalability of global e-commerce platforms processing over 600 million orders a year with a gross merchandise value of over €15bn.
Most recently Dave was Chief Product & Technology Officer of Induction Healthcare Group Plc from 2021 to 2023, a leading healthcare technology company delivering critical services to the NHS in England, Scotland & Wales.

Zillah joined the Group as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair on 1 October 2022. She was appointed as Chair Designate from 11 January 2023 and as Chair on 3 April 2023. She has extensive technology sector experience, spanning online gaming, digital media and e-commerce. Zillah was the Chief Executive Officer of Future plc from 2014 to March 2023, having previously served as Chief Financial Officer, and the Chief Financial Officer of Trade Media Group (now Auto Trader Group plc) from 2009 to 2012, and Interim Chief Executive Officer from 2012 to 2013. Prior to this, Zillah was Commercial Director and Chief Financial Officer at Fitness First Limited, and Chief Financial Officer of Thresher Group. Zillah has previously held non-executive roles at Flutter Entertainment plc, GoCo Group plc (now GoCo Group Limited), prior to its acquisition by Future plc in March 2021, THG plc and Mecom Group plc.

Joe has a track record of revenue growth and value creation at global Fortune 500 and private companies, including Facebook, Gannett, AOL, VideoEgg and Friendster. Joe is an Operating Partner with SOSV LLC, a $1.3billion US-based, early stage venture fund. Between 2009 to 2012, Joe served in the Obama Administration liaising between government and businesses.

Skills and experience: Peter founded Trustpilot in 2007 and, as CEO, he led the business to be an international listed company. Peter stepped down as CEO in September 2023 and transitioned into the role of non-executive director and brand ambassador, working on promoting Trustpilot and helping to drive the Trust agenda around the world.
In 2013, Peter was named Danish Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young. Peter has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Aarhus University School of Business.
