If I could give less then 1 start I would . How can a uk based company takes more then a week to process an order . My order was expected to arrive at store Monday and I still didn’t get any email confirmation that left warehouse . How shameless is that , and is no possible to speak with a human being because there’s no contacts and if you try to send them a email it states they too busy and can take up 28 days to reply back . And how can you justify 5.99 post delivery to pick in a store . Nobody does that . This was the first and last time I order or buy anything from you . If I order from JD sports store I can get the product delivered to store in less then 24 hours . I don’t mind to pay a little extra . I hope you close your doors one day , you don’t have respect for your clients and you don’t know to operate in a competitive market , lazy shameless company it’s equally to lazy shameless workers . How can I live in derby and there warehouse is in Mansfield , 23 miles and takes more then a week to process an order , not even left the warehouse yet .

I'll never use morrisons online shopping again, I have used them a few times for home delivery and its been OK until last night, my delivery slot was for 6pm until 10pm, I received a messaged telling me that my delivery is running 2 hours late so I won't get my delivery until midnight! I wasn't prepared to wait up this late so called and said I wanted it rearranged, the lady on the phone said she arranged it for the next day, but I still had the delivery guy come late at night and pound on my door repeatedly waking the whole house up. Click and collect is also poor, they can't offer an adequate service. Not only that but the loacl store is extremely understaffed, half the self checkouts are always closed with only one member off staff manning them, creating long queues and delays. I'll be going back to Asda

I ordered a Burberry coat that took over seven days to arrive. The coat was too big and I wanted to return it. The fees to return the coat was over £200.00 nearly half the price of the coat (very extortionate) or a ploy for you to keep the item. I have now received a payment request for duties, taxes and fees of £93.00 from Fedex for the item. I have bought many items of clothing outside of the UK and not been charged these extortionate costs. Why don't Balardi show the extra costs at the final check out before we purchase the items as this show what the real costs of the items are. DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS AS THE ALL READ THE SAME. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THE BALARDI AGAIN

Avoid avoid avoid !!! A bunch of liars non attentive staff , who take your money and then don’t care when things go wrong . I have had my car less than 10 months it’s been in with VW Blackburn at least 8 times , on my recent visit I was told my brake pads and disc are perfectly fine and can drive at least another so many thousands of miles , my brakes failed the other day costing me over £300 to repair. I have reports which also state there was nothing wrong with the brakes , I have literally driven 3k in the last 10 months … they whole service as been poor they feed you lies and I would advice people to avoid at all cost !!!!!

I ordered the bonprix trousers in black for £28, lovely trousers nice material.. quite long, although I am only 5ft 1 but I thought they had a bit of stretch in them as it said 1%elastine and they do have that but it's just on the waist at the back (,elasticated waist) nothing in the actual fabric, so for me I felt they came up a bit small.. I orderd a size 16 and I can range from a 16 to and 18 but definitely not a 16 in these.. the way they were on me im not even sure an 18 would be much different. We are all different shapes even though we may be the same size, I have a good bum so these were no good for me

Please be careful with this company. We had a terrible experience with one of their delivery person, who had been caught snooping around our garage and back garden on CCTV. A couple of weeks later, our garage was burgled. We reached out to Evri highlighting their Code of Conduct, and although with the support of the police, we and our neighbours were surprised Evri continued to employ this person and even allowed this person to deliver to our neighbourhood. Evri was contacted but fobbed us off with pathetic excuses. Please don’t trust this company, they employ very suspicious persons who stalk your home!

Yodel are the worst delivery company I have had the misfortune to use. I was expecting a parcel. 3 times they claimed they tried to deliver it yet on all three occasions no card was left. I even gave them delivery instructions and a contact telephone number and still nothing. They then returned the item to the seller, only to mess that up as well. They said it was delivered on the 9th October 2024 yet the seller never received it. This isn’t just bad service this in my opinion is negligence.

Fiat Arbury were extremely helpful during my recent car purchase. Ryan especially was very quick to respond to any queries, and helped me navigate my choices with part exchanging my current vehicle. He also managed to turn a car around for me in 2 days which was hugely appreciated! The customer care at Fiat Arbury was well above what I have received at other dealerships, and I would recommend to anyone.

My parcel was not delivered. I received an email from Fastway that my parcel is delivered, but it’s not! I was waiting for a few days, but my parcel has not been delivered yet. The tracking number says that the parcel has been delivered. But I have not received the parcel. The fastway phone number is not listed anywhere, they do not respond to emails!

Consett Kwik Fit: brilliant! Staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful. Arrived with shredded tyre and an appointment to get to. They got straight onto it and also identified second damaged tyre. Updated me with everything being done, explaining in a clear and non-patronising way. Super happy with service. Excellent!

Phoned EDF as electricity would not turn on (suspected old isolator). Phone answered within 3 minutes, even found an English speaking advisor for me! Technician appeared within 3 hours, replaced isolator, checked working and explained everything to our complete satisfaction. Excellent Service! Thank you :-)
