Not vandalism, just edit warring.
Luxure, you do not 'own' the description, even if you uploaded the file, and you both need to discuss it on the talk page instead of you arbitrarily blanking the IP editors comments there. You should not be trying to have a discussion in edit summaries, especially one where you threaten another editor with blocking. You are both 'wrong' in your behavior, regardless of whose description is correct (and tbh, it should probably be described as the former flag, with the relevant dates, regardless of what else is mentioned). "Vandalism" is when a person is intentionally damaging things, not when they disagree about something but are acting in good faith.
Your claim to the copyright is probably bogus anyhow, since the exact same image was uploaded as a PNG in 2010 (merely changing an image from one format to another is not a creative act and does not create a copyright claim). Revent (talk) 05:36, 1 June 2015 (UTC)

Luxure: Ah, fair enough, I was mixing up that design with this one based on a textual description. Still, the IP's edit aren't really 'vandalism', even if misguided, just a content dispute, and people should be warned on their personal talk pages, not in edit summaries. The drama should be hashed out on the image talk page, not in an edit war, and you were wrong when you blanked the IPs attempt to do so. What is the correct description should be decided by discussion and consensus (you do not own the file page, even if you own the copyright to the image), and if someone is attempting to act in good faith but still causing problems they should be taken to COM:AN/U, not here.... this board is for 'obvious' vandalism (like if they were changing it to 'flag of the penises' or something). I am looking through pictures I did requests for of bridges landscapes etc and I keep getting Pictures of Penises. I find this annoying and disgusting. Please fix your picture search results so this does not happen thank you. This is not a mistake. Search engine works in such way. On the contrary, it would be a mistake, if search for bridges would not find that picture. But you can look category:Bridges with all its subcategories. There you do not find penises. In the future, use categories more than search engines, but this is not search engine's mistake, this is a way to get such results you cannot obtain from categories and this is also useful. Windows are neither inside nor outside, they are both and they are part of the building. Category:Interiors of churches or other buildings have nothing to do with Category:Stained glass windows. Przykładowo Category:EN57 of SKM musiała zostać przeniesiona do Category:EN57 of SKM Trójmiasto, bo była niedokładnie nazwana (mamy SKM w Trójmieście, ale i w Warszawie), ponadto sortowanie zdjęć pojazdów do kategorii odpowiednich przewoźników często jest przeprowadzane niepoprawnie (przykładowo EN57 w malowaniu Dolnego Śląska według użytkownika od razu kwalifikuje pojazdy jako należące do Kolei Dolnośląskich, podczas gdy są to pojazdy Przewozów Regionalnych, KD mają jedynie kilka sztuk EN57 i to zmodernizowanych) i trzeba po użytkowniku sprzątać. W przypadku kategorii znajdujących się w Category:Rail transport in Poland in the 2010s niemożliwe jest (a przynajmniej bardzo długo będzie to trwać) posortowanie wszystkich kolejowych zdjęć. Apparently you are talking about Commons:Deletion requests/File:Kevymtnz Flag 2014 Green.PNG. Fry did not stole your work, he did not claim to be author of the replacement file. And Fry did not delete "your" file, he nominated it for deletion. INeverCry deleted the file and I think, that the decision is correct. If there are the same flag in .png and .svg version, then .png is usually deleted. Commons users must act nicely towards each other and if you name Fry once more a thief, then you can get blocked.  Info From a technical point of view, File:Mirage 2115 exits cavern Buochs.jpg doesn't show the typical halftone dots that one would see in reproductions from a book. So it's very unlikely that it was taken from a book, and it's more likely a reproduction of an analogue slide or photo print. It may indeed come from a personal analogue archive. Previous deletions of Anidaat's pictures were founded on doubts about their origin, but there is no proof that his uploads are abusive. MBurch is the originator of these doubts. MBurch is known to abuse Vandalism reports as a means to fight his personal adversaries, and he has been blocked for this behaviour before on the German Wikipedia. Anidaat is a personal adversary of MBurch. At de.wp, Anidaat has started an arbitration process in order to cope with his harassment by MBurch. Yes, I know what I'm talking about because I'm another of MBurch's victims. At de.wp, my account got blocked twice, both times at his request, and that was after more than seven years with an empty block log. The second time, I was immediately unblocked because his allegations were so obviously wrong that even admins' solidarity wouldn't keep them from seeing the injustice. MBurch started even more block requests against me that eventually failed. At de.wp, MBurch is a regular of admins' talk pages, where he will leave his thank-you notes in order to get their goodwill while he sprays his venom. Now, back on topic, he just pointed to the discussion where Anidaat declared that the images are his own analogue photographs. Although MBurch knew this, he still started the current block request against Anidaat, maliciously insisting that they were stolen from books, an allegation that comes down to slander. Unter Blood "Kati" (Lachatte).jpg wurde von USER:Weltverschwöhrung am 19.01.2016 ein Bild hochgeladen, das gemäß Datum-Print im Bild am selben Tag aufgenommen wurde. Mit dem Hochladen des Bildes wird meines Erachtens gravierend gegen Persönlichkeitsrechte der abgebildeten Dame (und vermutlich auch gegen Urheberrechte) verstoßen. Die Betitelung "Signature of blood of ,Annabelle Lachatte´" ist m.E. geschmacklos, provokant und grenzt an Vandalismus.

Das Bild wurde auch in den Monatswettbewerb "Diagonal" eingebunden und hat dort m.E. ebenfalls nichts zu suchen.

Weltverschwöhrung hat sich zu seinem Tun erst am 19.01.2016 in der de.Wikipedia angemeldet und ist bereits hiermit in der de.wikipedia aufgefallen. Ich hege die Vermutung, dass der Benutzer mit diesem bereits gesperrten de.Benutzer Weltverschwörung identisch ist !!

Hi, I am kindly asking to watch this IP 31.1.24.78 (talk · contribs). I have seen that she or he did some obious vandalism (e.g. this and some others, Deutsche Bundesbahn ceased to exist at the end of 1993; and even if: those railcars are from Deutsche Reichsbahn (GDR), before they came into Deutsche Bahn). This IP also did some more edits with creating mixed-name categories such as Category:Nahverkehrswagen of Deutsche Bundesbahn and moving images there (instead of more specific Category:N-class coaches of Deutsche Bahn, which isn't wrong since today). I doubt that the new categories, which the IP creates, are consensual. All in all, those IP activities remind me of a wave of various "IP attacks" in summer 2015 (please check here for more details: User talk:Rodhullandemu/Archive 2#Train categories and Commons:Village pump/Archive/2015/08#August 08), in those days locomotives, this time railway coaches. Update #1: His talk is a long list of copyvio tags, all ignored. For example, the fist file I searched (File:Bolli.jpg) is a copyvio from this website and it was still deleted in december. File:Marscianese.jpg is a copyvio from this website. File:SuperFersinone.jpg is a copyvio from this website. File:Palio Marsciano.jpg is a screenshot of this YouTube video (the shot appears searching for "Palio Marsciano" on Google). File:Fratelli Ceci .jpg is a copyvio from this website. Due to the name of the files deleted in December (listed into his talk), about rivers and some panoramas around the Italian town of Marsciano, I suspect that all the files he uploaded are copyright violations. My search of files, above, was just a survey. I also suspect that, despite any warning, he uploaded this files again and again: File:Morcella.jpeg, File:Mulino-della-morcella.jpg and File:Morcella (1).jpg (deleted in december), have a name related to File:La chiusa di Morcella distrutta.jpg. File:Piena-nestore.jpg, File:Nestore3.jpg and File:Nestore Marsciano.jpeg (del in december) have the same name of File:Fiume Nestore.jpeg and File:Nestore.jpg. File:FERSINONE.jpg has the same name of File:Fersinone.jpg (see also File:Torrente Fersinone.jpeg, File:Cavalloni Fersinone.jpeg, File:MiFersinone.jpg). For the massive copyvio, the constant upload (and re-upload) ignoring any warning and deletion, I recommend the deletion of all the files and, of course, the indef block. --Dэя-Бøяg 20:46, 9 June 2016 (UTC)
Update #2: I found it:Wikipedia:Utenti problematici/Elidebacianino (seems to be the Italian version of en:WP:ANI). For what I've understood the user, on itwiki, has a problem of massive POV-pushing (and other kind of vandalisms, as the removal of sources and info without a reason) despite any warning, also acting as anon IP. At this point, certifying that Elidebacianino is using (last update 5 days ago) Commons to improve his disruptive editing on another WM Project (itwiki), ignore any message (here and there), I'm tempted to ask for the global block on meta as crosswiki vandal. 208 (it.wp)+32 (commons) edits, followed by a long list of warnings are IMHO many, and I don't think he hasn't understood the problmes with his contributions. --Dэя-Бøяg 21:14, 9 June 2016 (UTC)
