Since the beginning of commissioning of the ALICE-TOF detector, one of the most crucial aspects has been to check the quality of the data produced. Both during last November tests at the CERN PS and in the cosmic-ray test facility, running since more than one year, the data taking of assembled TOF "modules" has been continuously monitored in order to detect as quickly as possible faulty conditions or bad detector configurations. The double–stack MRPC (Multigap Resistive Plate Chamber) strip is the basic element of the ALICE Time–Of–Flight (TOF) detector. A test of a sample of MRPC strips randomly chosen from two years of mass production (the TOF is made of 1638 strips) was carried out during the autumn of 2006 at the CERN Proton Syncrotron facility. The validity of CPT invariance in the field of “nuclear binding masses” has been studied for nuclei (antinuclei) with two and three nucleons (antinucleons): (d∕d̄) and (3He∕3He¯). It is discussed the importance of investigating the transition from the world where gluons and quarks carry their QCD colors (QGCW) to the world where gluons and quarks exist only with zero-QCD-color (QGZCW)..
