Possible Manifestation of a Non-Pointness of the Electron in $e^+e^-$ Annihilation Reaction at Centre of Mass Energies 55-207 GeV / Chen, Yutao (Hefei, CUST) ; Lin, Chih-Hsun (Taiwan, Inst. Phys.) ; Liu, Minghui (Hefei, CUST) ; Sakharov, Alexander S. (Manhattan Coll., Riverdale ; CERN) ; Ulbricht, Jürgen (Zurich, ETH) ; Zhao, Jiawei (Hefei, CUST)
The experimental data from VENUS, TOPAS, OPAL, DELPHI, ALEPH and L3 collaborations, collected from 1989 to 2003, are applied to study the QED framework through direct contact interaction terms approach, using the annihilation reaction $\rm e^+ e^-\rightarrow \gamma\gamma(\gamma)$. The analysis involves performing of a $\chi^{2}$ test to detect the presence of an excited electron $e^{*}$ and evidence of non-point like behavior in the $e^+e^-$ annihilation zone. [...]

Isotopic Composition of Light Nuclei in Cosmic Rays: Results from AMS-01 / AMS-01 Collaboration
The variety of isotopes in cosmic rays allows us to study different aspects of the processes that cosmic rays undergo between the time they are produced and the time of their arrival in the heliosphere. In this paper, we present measurements of the isotopic ratios $^2$H/$^4$He, $^3$He/$^4$He, $^6$Li/$7$Li, $7$Be/($^9$Be+$^{10}$Be), and $^{10}$B/$^{11}$B in the range 0.2-1.4 GeV of kinetic energy per nucleon. We report Gaussian boson sampling (GBS) experiments which produce up to 113 photon detection events out of a 144-mode photonic circuit. A new high-brightness and scalable quantum light source is developed, exploring the idea of stimulated emission of squeezed photons, which has simultaneously near-unity purity and efficiency. [...]

The FEB(front end board) configuration test board is developed aiming at meeting the requirement of testing the new generation ASIC(application-specific integrated circuit) chips and its configuration system for ATLAS NSW(New Small Wheel) upgrade, In this paper, some functions are developed in terms of the configurations of the key chips on the FEB, VMM3 and TDS2 using GBT-SCA. Additionally, a flexible communication protocol is designed, verifying the whole data link. [...]
