A New Stress-Relieving Layer in ATLAS ITk Strip Detector Modules / Fortman, Anne Winifred (Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. (US)) /ATLAS Collaboration
The Inner Detector system of the ATLAS detector is being entirely replaced with a new all-silicon detector known as the Inner Tracker (ITk) to prepare for high particle-rate conditions at the High Luminosity LHC. The innermost layers of the ITk will be composed of silicon pixels, while the outer layers will consist of silicon strips. [...]

CMS Outer Tracker Module Production and Integration at NISER / Rahul Kumar Agrawal
In the LHC long shutdown 3, due to start in mid-2026, the LHC will be upgraded to the High-Luminosity LHC. To address the challenges for operation at the HL-LHC, such as an increased interaction rate and higher radiation levels, an upgrade of the tracking system of the CMS detector is being built. [...]

Design and construction of the Outer Tracker for the Phase-2 Upgrade / Zoi, Irene (Fermilab)
The High Luminosity LHC (HL-LHC) is expected to deliver an integrated luminosity of $3000-4000$~fb$^{-1}$ after 10 years of operation with peak instantaneous luminosities reaching about $5-7.5\times10^{34}$cm$^{-2}$s$^{-1}$. During Long Shutdown 3, several components of the CMS detector will undergo major changes, called the Phase-2 upgrade, to be able to operate in the challenging environment of the HL-LHC. [...]

Pixel Detector Performance in Run 3 (December 2024) /CMS Collaboration
The Large Hadron Collider (LHC) continued delivering proton-proton collisions in 2024 as part of the LHC Run 3 that started in 2022. The collisions are produced at the centre-of-mass energy of 13.6 TeV. [...]

Expected tracking performance of the ATLAS Inner Tracker at the High-Luminosity LHC / ATLAS Collaboration
The high-luminosity phase of LHC operations (HL-LHC), will feature a large increase in simultaneous proton-proton interactions per bunch crossing up to 200, compared with a typical leveling target of 64 in Run 3. Such an increase will create a very challenging environment in which to perform charged particle trajectory reconstruction, a task crucial for the success of the ATLAS physics program, and will exceed the capabilities of the current ATLAS Inner Detector (ID). [...]

Cooling and noise performance of the ATLAS ITk strip system tests / Diez, Sergio (DESY) ; Arling, Jan-Hendrik (DESY) ; Caspar, Maximilian (DESY) ; Singh, Siddharth (Brandeis U.) ; Toldaiev, Alex (Indiana U.) ; Trischuk, Dominique (Brandeis U.) /ATLAS ITk Strip System Tests Community Collaboration
The current tracking system of the ATLAS detector will be replaced by the new Inner Tracker (ITk) to cope with the challenging conditions expected at the High Luminosity Large Hadron Collider. This new tracking system will be an all-silicon detector consisting of silicon pixel sensors in the inner most layers and silicon micro-strips sensors in the outer layers. [...]

Development of a MAPS-based upstream tracker for the LHCb upgrade II / Liu, Shuaiyi (Beijing, Inst. High Energy Phys.) ; Feng, Mingjie (Beijing, Inst. High Energy Phys.) /LHCb UP team Collaboration
The LHCb Upstream Tracker is a silicon strip tracking detector that started operation in the Run 3 of the LHC. To meet the requirements imposed by high occupancy and data rate at the HL-LHC, a new Upstream Pixel (UP) tracker is proposed for LHCb Upgrade II based on CMOS pixel sensors. [...]

Displaced Vertex Track Trigger for the CMS Phase-2 Upgrade / Ryan Edward Mccarthy /CMS Collaboration
As part of the CMS Phase-2 upgrade, track information from the outer tracker will be available at the Level-1 trigger and with this comes the expanded opportunity to trigger on physics objects such as long-lived particles. Presented here is a feasibility study in calculating displaced vertex information using an extended version of the Level-1 tracking that identifies displaced tracks. Combinations of tracks are used to form vertex candidates and a gradient-boosted decision tree is used to distinguish between misidentified and genuine displaced vertices. [...]
