App is not working
This app is not working!!! I’m trying to link my membership number to the app so i tapped the membership icon at the center then entered my membership number. But when I get to the birthdate, it wouldn’t let me enter my birthday, it keeps on defaulting to today’s date. I tried more than ten times but it wouldn’t let me. So of course I cannot purchase anything because I cannot link my membership number. Thid app is utterly worthless!!!!!!!!! Why would you release an app that doesn’t work?!?!? Who does that?!?! Did you even test this?!? Crappy work. Crappy and useless.
Not functional and helpful
Difficult to use and check prices of products even when you’re a member of the club. Needs to input delivery address first, which is not by customer’s fault when their address is out of their set delivery area.
They should have put a claimer that only those within their delivery zones can access and use this useless app.
Needs improvement!
Both the app and website are too slow. It kept on reloading. Sometimes it glitches when you click your cart suddenly it’s empty. I don’t think it’s not safe to check out giving your credit card details. Maybe it glitches at the part too! It needs to be updated.
