Very nice response
It’s nice to have support from u people, we can access to any help through this app, that’s a great service to apple users. I always loved the apple devices and the app, and the iOS is very nice to work with. The only flaw I have come across is the camera selfie auto flipping, flipping it’s a good idea but it would be better if we had an option in the settings camera , for flipping and non-flipping. As cameras have great importance in capturing the moments, this auto-flipping is ruining whole fun. Thankyou
Scam
This app and apple services is a scam. People will give big promises here but when you go to service centre, they act like two different entities. In the lockdown when my mac was still in warranty, I had some issues and the apple support executives promised to help me when the lockdown was lifted. Because the nearest service centre was a minimum of 500 kms away, it took me some time to visit the service centre.
When I reached there, not only did the service centre executives denied any sort of help but also the apple support executives denied any promises and refused to provide me with any help.
Both sides executives were not even polite enough to talk nicely or ready to understand my problem. They probably had a script which every customer care executives have and were repeating the same sentence every time.
Indirectly they convinced me that it was my fault that I didn’t have any service centre to any place near where I live. It was my fault that the world was fighting against a pandemic and in a lockdown. As if it wasn’t for China but me who developed the virus.
Paying so much money compared to other brands, apart from the functioning of the product, the least we expect from a brand is a good service and I have had a zero rating experience.
After the incident, I have mailed them and even tweeted tagging apple and didn’t receive any response.
Urgent: Unfortunate Experience and Discrimination at Recent Apple Store Appointment
Dear Apple Customer Support,
I hope this message reaches you with the attention it deserves. I recently visited Dubai Mall Apple Stores for a scheduled appointment and encountered an extremely disheartening experience.
Upon arrival, I was informed that there was no record of my appointment, and I was instructed to book a new one, which came with a one-hour wait. In the midst of this, I briefly stepped away to discuss the situation with a friend. Upon returning and expressing my willingness to wait, I was told that I had to join the long queue again to book an appointment.
What perplexed me further was witnessing the support staff assisting individuals who were breaking the queue. This discrimination left me puzzled and frustrated, as I couldn't comprehend why I was being treated differently. When I approached the manager to express my concerns, my grievances were ignored, compounding my disappointment.
I believe in Apple's commitment to exceptional customer service, and this experience has left me questioning that commitment. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
Your prompt attention to this issue is greatly appreciated, and I look forward to a resolution that upholds the values of fairness and equality.
