We discuss an experiment to investigate neutrino physics at the LHC in Run 3, with emphasis on tau flavour. As described in our previous paper [arXiv:1903.06564v1], the detector can be installed in the decommissioned TI18 tunnel, about 480 m downstream the ATLAS cavern, after the first bending dipoles of the LHC arc. Production of neutrinos is abundant at LHC.
Flavour composition and energy reach of the neutrino flux from proton-proton collisions depend on the pseudorapidity $\eta$. [...]

Search for heavy neutral lepton production in $K^+$ decays
/ NA62 Collaboration
A search for heavy neutral lepton production in $K^+$ decays using a data sample collected with a minimum bias trigger by the NA62 experiment at CERN in 2015 is reported. Upper limits at the $10^{-7}$ to $10^{-6}$ level are established on the elements of the extended neutrino mixing matrix $|U_{\ell 4}|^2$ ($\ell=e,\mu$) for heavy neutral lepton mass in the range $170-448~{\rm MeV}/c^2$. The beam and detector of the NA62 experiment at CERN
/ NA62 Collaboration
NA62 is a fixed-target experiment at the CERN SPS dedicated to measurements of rare kaon decays. Such measurements, like the branching fraction of the $K^{+} \rightarrow \pi^{+} \nu \bar\nu$ decay, have the potential to bring significant insights into new physics processes when comparison is made with precise theoretical predictions. [...]

The NA62 experiment recorded a large sample of $K^+ \rightarrow \mu^+ \nu_{\mu}$ decays in 2007. A peak search has been performed in the reconstructed missing mass spectrum. [...]

The new LUCID-2 detector for luminosity measurement and monitoring in ATLAS
/ Avoni, G (INFN, Bologna ; Bologna U.) ; Bruschi, M (INFN, Bologna) ; Cabras, G (INFN, Bologna ; Bologna U.) ; Caforio, D (IEAP CTU, Prague) ; Dehghanian, N (Alberta U.) ; Floderus, A (Lund U.) ; Giacobbe, B (INFN, Bologna) ; Giannuzzi, F (INFN, Bologna ; Bologna U.) ; Giorgi, F (INFN, Bologna ; Bologna U.) ; Grafström, P (INFN, Bologna ; Bologna U.) et al.
The ATLAS luminosity monitor, LUCID (LUminosity Cherenkov Integrating Detector), had to be upgraded for the second run of the LHC accelerator that started in spring 2015. The increased energy of the proton beams and the higher luminosity required a redesign of LUCID to cope with the more demanding conditions. [...]

Hamiltonian theory of the crossing of the $2 Q_x -2 Q_y=0$ nonlinear coupling resonance
/ Bazzani, A. (U. Bologna, DIFA ; INFN, Bologna) ; Capoani, F. (U. Bologna, DIFA ; INFN, Bologna ; CERN) ; Giovannozzi, M. (CERN)
In a recent paper, the adiabatic theory of Hamiltonian systems was successfully applied to study the crossing of the linear coupling resonance, $Q_x-Q_y=0$. A detailed explanation of the well-known phenomena that occur during the resonance-crossing process, such as emittance exchange and its dependence on the adiabaticity of the process was obtained.
