Task/s: Replace translations of descriptions and labels.

Function details: Right now: replace "čvo%" in Bosnian descriptions with "višeznačna odrednica na Wikimediji", and " (čvor)" in Bosnian labels with nothing, both per the request of Srđan. This is basically the same as Wikidata:Requests for permissions/Bot/MDanielsBot.
In case this is requested again in the future, I'd like the approval to not be specific to any particular language, as long as any future request appears uncontroversial and is made by a user in good standing who knows the language.
