Merging work/edition of literary works

Hi, I happened to notice that you merged two items I'd created, one being the for the work and the other for the edition of "The Woman I Loved and the Woman Who Loved Me." Are you familiar with the standards developed by WikiProject Books requiring this two-layer structure? If not, please read Wikidata:WikiProject Books!
