when adding reason for deprecated rank (P2241) you should add

• a reason that we agree of ;-)
  • is a church parish better that a city?
  • is a what we find in Two-Chamber Parliament 1867–1970. (Q110346241) a parish or a city ;-)
  • see list list of Wikidata reasons for deprecation (Q52105174)
    • Things like this I feel need to get standardized and maybe a topic on Wikidata:Events/Data Modelling Days 2023

@MonirEliasBounadi: No problem its easier if we share screen and there is no truth,...

• My 2023 view is
  • we have place of birth (P19) and that I feel should be birth location i.e. if we have a house use that
    • "födelseförsamling" is what I normally use BUT as I say in a discussion on sv:Wikipedia I feel if we have a source like Swedish church birth records (Q10501038) then we can from that source and some magic SPARQL find the parish.... see also "Åtskilja dödshemort och dödsort?" the person started this discussion also tried to create a WD property see Wikidata:Property_proposal/place_of_resident_registration_at_death and after 9 months of discussion no decision is taken welcome to wikidata ;-)
• another possibility is using residence (P551) dont know if that solves all user cases. I use it for the street address found in church death record (Q10478639) see Q5960854#P551
