I'm uncertain how to record the fact that Reading is in the ceremonial county of Berkshire. I could use 'located in administrative unit', but that wouldn't really be true as the administrative county of Berkshire was abolished some years ago, and Reading is now a unitary authority, implying the next administrative level up is England.
But being in the ceremonial county is still a valid piece of data to record, and is used in many non-administrative contexts. Do we need 'located in non-administrative area' and 'type of non-administrative area' properties?. -- Chris j wood (talk) 11:43, 22 February 2013 (UTC)
