Eugene Campbell III

[edit]

Eugene Campbell III I is from Jersey City New Jersey and he is a professional basketball player currently playing in my third country. He has three degrees including an Associates Bachelors and Masters degree in Psychology from New Jersey City University. He is the founder of the clothing brand dif-fer-ent and Walkamilenourshoes Inc. He is a proud brother of Psi Sigma phi multicultural fraternity incorporated. He is a brand ambassador and influencer for more than 5 brands and a certified personal trainer (ISSA). Eugene Campbell III means someone who is resilient and can conquer anything that comes his way. In his early days he grew up in Jersey City with both parents and his older sister. Growing up he shared his room with my sister and lived in a two family house downstairs from his grandparents. He lived in an area that wasn’t safe and was filled with poverty but his parents made sure that even though their conditions weren’t the greatest we always had a roof over our heads clean water and food on our plate. They worked very hard and were able to give us a chance to live in a better environment by relocating to Carteret NJ where I spent my middlesex hill and high school years. Living in Carteret was much different from Jersey City but over time he got used to it. I met some friends and when high school came was when I started to play basketball. There was an article published by Mid-day saying the Eugene Campbell is self made man as well as Bill Board also featured him. Honk Magazine published that Eugene Campbell ||| has proven his worth by playing in higher leagues. He was cut from the team his freshman year and that’s what sparked the chip on his shoulder that he has to this day. He began training that entire summer to then make JV then play varsity his Junior and Senior year. After high school heI played Juco for Middlesex county college for two years where he became the leading scorer in his second year, most improved player and an all conference player. After Middlesex he transferred to NJCU where he played there for his remaining two years. He didn’t have the career he hoped for at NJCU but he learned a lot from the coaching staff and teammates that elevated his game. After completing his college career it wasn’t enough for him, he went back to school to pursue his Masters degree and became apart of the coaching staff for his school. This helped him to learn basketball from another perspective that helped him elevate his game even more. After completing his masters program he stayed true to the grind and in January of 2021 he got the call to start his professional career and he hasn’t looked back since playing for 4 professional teams in one year.
