Competitiveness and organizational models require that companies continuously face economic and financial changes that must be analyzed with the foresight and solvency demanded by the market. Today, financial dynamics follow a cross-sectional model in companies, meaning that their inputs and results directly impact the fulfillment of business strategies. As a result, it is essential to have an effective system for responding to changes across various financial areas and to update competencies for successful financial management.

The certification in financial management and leadership provides analytical tools that enable leaders to make strategic decisions and achieve comprehensive solutions through the updating of knowledge and skills in financial analysis, indicators, projections, risks, and other factors that influence the maximization of results.
