Custodian of Records

Different types of student records are kept by various offices at the University of North Florida as indicated below. In accordance with University policy and state and federal regulations, the right to inspect and review records may be exercised by presenting a written request to the appropriate custodian:

• Athletes: Athletic Office
• Educational Records: University Registrar
• Financial Aid Records: Enrollment Services
• Non-Academic Counseling Records: Academic and Student Affairs
• Student Disciplinary: Academic and Student Affairs
• Student Health/Medical: Office of Student Health Services
• Student Placement Records: Enrollment Services
