The puzzle was transported to Me in a flimsy unprotected box which resulted in the puzzle box being badly damaged upon receipt. I was hoping to give it as a Christmas gift now that is impossible

The puzzle came quickly...no fuss. The colors were correct and the puzzle fit together great. It's part of a book I'm making with my grandchildren. I'll certainly use you again to do a bigger project.

I've ordered the 12-piece puzzles numerous times. The print quality is great, it's easy to order, comes quickly & professionally packaged.
I also can't think of a better gift idea for a 3-4 year old child than a 12-piece puzzle that makes a picture of THEM.

This is my second puzzle. This company is unbelievable. They produce such a high quality product and at a very quick turnaround. The printing is positioned perfectly on the box and the puzzle has been produced at the highest level of resolution. I ordered my puzzles to give as birthday gifts. There is no better way to personalize a gift then to create a puzzle for them.

I found Venus Puzzle via a reddit thread on Custom Puzzle printing. I have placed several orders, always a great experience. The process is clear & simple, and the shipping is super fast. The puzzles are good quality—thick pieces that snap together well, excellent print on solid, dark cardstock. The included box is my favorite part, makes the whole thing feel totally legit. I will be ordering more puzzles, both to keep and to give as gifts.

Have been ordering from this company for about 9yrs now. I have never been disappointed. Puzzles are good quality and arrive quickly.Every year we order a 1000 piece from a group photo of our family Christmas in July celebration. During the order process you immediately know if the photo uploaded will enlarge well. I would definitely recommend this company.

I just received my 1000 puzzle today, and haven't started the puzzle yet, but I wanted to leave an immediate review regarding the shipping and packaging. TL;DR--the puzzle is protected by thoughtful packaging and I am grateful!

As promised, it quickly took 7 days to deliver the puzzle. The delivery courier delivered it to the front of my garage, completely unprotected, on a day where it was obviously going to thunderstorm (of course, this is not VenusPuzzle's fault). The package got completelyyyy drenched in a storm that lasted about an hour. To my delightful surprise, despite the fact that the brown box it was delivered it was hopeless, I learned that VenusPuzzle covers the puzzle box in shrinkwrap plastic, which I thought was a nice touch. I thought I was in the clear--but I realized that some water seeped through the plastic in a small hole (which I was still impressed... I'm telling you, water was essentially POURING onto the box for 50 minutes straight). But then, I opened the box, and saw that the puzzle pieces were in a protective plastic bag! So, my puzzle is very safe and sound. I just wanted to leave the review because I really didn't expect all this protective effort to have been made by VenusPuzzle, but I'm very very glad they did.

I use Venus puzzle every year to create a custom puzzle of our family as a gift for my Grandparents. They love it and so does the rest of the family. I have always been satisfied with the quality of the product and end result. I greatly appreciate the quality and size indicators that are offered on the site so you can tell exactly what it will look like. I also appreciate the different box design options. They took my small 3X5 photo and transformed it into this enormous 2000-piece puzzle, and the quality was astinishingly sharp and precise! Though there was a missing piece, I reached out to them, and their customer service was truly amazing. They promtly sent the missing piece by mail. I'm absolutely planning on marking future purchases from them.

I created a puzzle for our Grandson's birthday. The upload/design experience was straightforward and the quality of the product and turnaround were top notch. Just make sure that you upload an image that meets their specifications. The site will analyze and inform you if your image is not at a high enough resolution. Highly recommended service!

I submitted a couple different photos and they gave me their advice on which picture was best to use and why. They always responded to my email within 24 hours. The picture quality of the puzzle is outstanding and the quality of the puzzle pieces is outstanding as well, cut well with no peeling edges. This was a Christmas gift for my wife and she is very happy with it. Shipping was surprisingly fast coming from outside the US too.
