I've been using Bio Safe One products to maintain cesspools on two properties for over 30 years. The resulting treatments have made it totally unnecessary to pump out the old pools. I started with the shock treatment and follow up with a packet of BOSS every month. Highly recommended products.

I'm not complaining but I do have one suggestion. When I opened my package I found that one of the pouches had a split on one side and the product was all over everything in the box. The peanuts used for packing doesn't do much to keep everything from moving around and we all know how packages get throwed around during shipping. Don't you think it would be a good idea to put all the pouches in a large plastic bag and tied shut, that would keep everything from flopping around in the box, just a suggestion.

I have been using this company and their products for 9 years! We have had absolutely no issues with our septic system since using Biosafe BOSS system! We highly recommend this company and their products! The customer service with this company is great to work with as well, and is quick to respond and provide assistance with questions/concerns! I will not trust my septic system with any other company or products!

Have been a customer of Biosafeone for over 20 years as it has been a proven product for our septic system when we sold our house and purchased another in a different state. By using the monthy product once a month it keeps the system under control. Also it is great that Biosafeone also has a product for those whose systems might need extra help. I have used this product for the better part of 20 years, we just add 1 packet on the 1st of every month, no issues, we get the tank pumped about every 5 years just to maintain a good bio system.,wish your company would go back to the 42 month deals I have purchase in the past. Over all a 5 star company.

About 13 plus years ago we became the fourth owners of our present home. We had purchased our home in late fall and did not notice any problems with our septic field till the following spring. Come spring time and well into summer we noticed a wet field that we could neither walk on or cut with a Mower. After numerous searches on the internet we found Bio safe one and haven’t looked back. The stuff works, within 2 months are field was dry and hasn’t posed a problem since with regular maintenance.

fantastic product, seem to be having a problem with the shipping carrier UPS. they are requesting a personal signature. I work unusual hours and have missed their delivery personal three times.hence I have not received your wonderful product as of 5/25/2024.
can I request fed ex delivery service in the future?I've had it with UPS!

I have used Biosafeone for several years. Great product! Between the use of 3 pals of Bio-112 and a bio cube, the products completely restored a failing drain field saving our family several thousand dollars towards a new drain field. We use Boss faithfully each month as an ongoing maintenance program.

I started using the product after having a failed septic system and suffering many many failed attempts to remedy the problem using the more expensive products sold at the local hardware stores. Our 25 year old septic system was in total failure.Replacement quotes given to us ranged from $30-$40,000.We decided to try the Bio Safe One products.Spoke with Chris who set us up with a nuclear shock treatment consisting of Bio 112 sludge remover,Boss powder packs, Bio Cube Powder Cleaner and 1 Bio Cube Red Brick Cleaner.Easily applied products! Within the first month the system had improved so dramatically!No more effluent backing up and the smell that had always lingered around our tank is gone!We had an area of standing water above our leach field which has now totally dried up.At month 4 we have a totally functional septic system.All we do now is add 1 powder pack per month to maintain the health of our system.At 1/5 the cost of a new septic system Bio Safe One has rescued our system.

I have a farm with a conference center and other guest facilities. We are on six septic systems and I depend on BioSafeOne to keep my tanks clean and clear and flowing well… I was introduced by an old friend who swore by it in 2011. I started my treatments in 2012. I have pumped 2 times in 10 years… and the last time we pumped, we could have waited another couple years. This stuff obviously works. We use compost tea and understand the benefits of beneficial bacteria well. Let mother-nature do the heavy lifting!

Biosafeone is used monthly in my septic system for the last 10 years.
We put two packets in the toilet each month and when the tan is pumped every 5 years I add a 5 gallon pail of liquid and one solid block on a rope.
The septic system has no problems ad when the tank is pumped the technician and I have no issues in the tank or leeching field.
I hold two master licenses in plumbing.

We have been using the Bio112 for years on our grease traps and cast traps. The Bio112 has reduced the solids in our grease traps along with reducing the odor. For our cast traps it has greatly reduced the odors and solids removed from them. I would recommend their products. I will also be purchasing their septic tank treatment for my new home to keep my tank and leach field optimal.
