Fantastic Customer Service

Fantastic Customer Service

Boomerang Carnets is an incredible company to work with. Customer Service was always available and so kind. For a first-time user, they were able to answer questions with so much knowledge and provided great context as well. Our agent, Kiel, was a joy to work with and made everything super easy. I wouldn't use any other carnet service

Everyone I talk to at Boomerang is responsive and so helpful. A real person picks up the phone and I don't need to sit through annoying information through a bot system while waiting to talk to a real person. The people working at Boomerang are always knowledgable about the carnet system. Thank you

Amazing customer support

Found this company through google and came in with a last minute need for a carnet. Kiel and team moved mountains to get it done in a matter of hours. He was fantastic throughout the process and provided great guidance and support.

First time doing a carnet myself

First time doing a carnet myself. I’m a photographer doing a shoot in UK. Normally the producer handles for me so I was overwhelmed learning what to do. Boomerang made it SUPER EASY and had real agents to talk to. Strong recomend.

Give Kiel a Raise

Kiel made the experience great. The site was intuitive enough, the process was a learning curve the first time through, but Kiel is 100% the reason I would use and recommend Boomerang to everyone else. He treated me professionally and kindly, and gave me super thorough information. I can't imagine having had anyone else that made me completely confident in my carnet being done perfectly and on time. Also the email updates were great. But Kiel was the best.

Amazing Company

Marge is awesome!

Marge is awesome!! She was so quick. She helped me make corrections to typos and was so patient with me. This was my first time and she made it so easy! Thank you so much Marge!! I literally had 3 carnets overnighted and then she went over them and how the process works once I had them in hand. The website was easy to follow and it was a seamless process.

The experience was great

Very Knowledgeable and helpful customer service!

Beth and Kiel from Boomerang Carnet were such a big help in helping obtain a carnet in a short amount of time. I'm traveling in and out of countries with a lot of expensive photo and film equipment so it's necessary to have a proper Carnet. They answered all my questions and guided me through the process perfectly. And they answer their phones with very little hold times if you have to call with questions.

The People Get It DONE

Very, very good outfit. The carnet process is exacting and time-consuming. Boomerang answered all the questions and hustled to get my carnet prepared in less than 24 hours. Extremely responsive. I don't know how I would have gotten this done without them.
