great service, andrew is one of the tech support and is a really great tech support, has helped me through multiple situations and is literally the GOAT. love that dude, i do recommend the hoster, sometimes the website can bug or the tech support text chat can take some time or they might refer you to a email address but you can just atleast try again on the text channel and they'll get you. (not all the time so don't be a d head about it) but overall cheap prices and really good support.

Lightning fast service, always got responded to instantly, even when not utilizing the ticket system. Great prices, really low for what they offer. Really easy and simple to upgrade your plan, upgraded from 12gb to 18gb and it was one of the easiest things I've ever done! Overall, great hosting service, would give 100 stars if I could!

I had some problems with larger modpacks and server hostings in the past. I ran "All the mods 9" and never had any performance issues with 4 players.

The support was really fast when I asked for the latest version of the modpack and installed it on the server for me.

For the first few days of me having the server it was fine and even upgraded the pack but then randomly it started giving me java issues like it kept trying to use java 17 with 1.16.5 (java 8 was needed) and I shrugged that off at first but now when I try to play lets say dawncraft with the server and even use its "Modpack Manager" to install it but then it just froze on loading and it did not crash or nothing but sat in the console for hours on end and I am quite disappointed in that.

There was a bit of hassle while purchasing due to me using VPN, but the support team is really nice and solved my problem in no time. The server is decent, running Fabric with 50+ server-sided mods with no issue, also really affordable price. Would recommend to anyone looking for a affordable hosting.

Been hosting MC servers for years and been though many many different hosts and honestly this is the first time I actually feel happy and comfortable with the hosting. Top quality hardware and the staff have been super helpful with moving my server across from my old host and has been even helping with things most other hosts wouldn't do like optimizing the modpack I've been running. The pricing is amazing the staff are super amazing cant really ask for more.

I was worried about getting a minecraft server after checking reviews and finding big companies lying and providing little to no support. Oddblox not only has prompt friendly support they went out of there way to satisfy and assist me. Server hasn't shown any lag or problems running minecraft ATM8 on 8 gigs for far less than other providers.

They have fairly limited server locations, which is expected with a small company, though it seems like they add more as time goes on. Some of their hardware isn't the best but none of it is bad. Their pricing is amazing, employees are very patient and helpful, and the service itself runs well and has no issues. There's tools for all sorts of things and managing the server, adding modpacks, automating tasks and many other things are actually a lot better than their website indicates. In fact, if I have a complaint at all, it's that their website: the knowledge base is a bit incomplete and little unclear on some things, rendered a non-issue for me by the aforementioned helpful staff, and their advertisement sort of undersells them.

I didn’t think they would install the modpack I requested so quickly after I subscribed for a server so I tried to do it myself and it wasnt going well, but Andrew came within like five minutes of purchasing, installed the modpack and opened the server within 10 minutes. By far the best hosting service out there. I have been looking for a good hosting service for years now and I have found the best one out there. Compared to other hosting services Oddblox has better support, pricing and reliability.

The support team replies in minutes, sometimes even seconds, I have never seen downtime and the latency is very low. The UI is simple and easy to understand and it has a lot of very useful features. Truly the best VFM (value for money) hosting service out there.
