LOCKLY tech help were great listeners

LOCKLY tech help were great listeners. Even though I didn’t quite know the right questions to ask them, they were able to guide me to the correct answers. The technician took the time to respond step-by-step so that I did not get confused. I really appreciate their patience and I’m glad to know I have help if & when I need it again. Thank you LOCKLY for standing by your great product!!

Awesome lock

I had high hopes for this lock and let me tell you, LOCKLY sure delivered. It unlocks super fast and reads accurately every time. I wasn’t fond of the wired door sensor so I reached out to LOCKLY for a solution. There is a Wireless deadbolt sensor that they sell that is compatible with the Visage! It looks much better now that there aren’t wires sticking out of the bottom.

It took a couple tries but great service!

It took a couple tries but the service recieved from Support at Lockly was outstanding. Most companies would have said "Oh Well". Lockly went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I have 4 Lockly locks that have been working great. The new Visage unit is probably the best lock I have ever seen! please keep up the great work!

Great product PIN Genie Pro

We are so happy with our new PIN Genie Pro for our new home. We love the accessibility options available whether it be key, PIN or even utilizing my phone to unlock. Customer Service was helpful with the questions we had during installation setup as well. Looking forward to ordering more in the near future.

Lost My Sensor Magnet - Called Tech Support

While installing my lock, we lost the sensor magnet.
I got on tech support chat, and Xian Norona helped me order a replacement part free of charge. Xian was professional and courteous. A very pleasant experience. I have since received the sensor magnet and installed it, and my lock is working perfectly. I am very pleased with it and with the tech support.

Lockly for Small Business

When looking at locks for our business I took a chance on the Lockly product. I was very impressed with the item I purchased. The quality of the locks I purchased was solid. Lockly Locks held up through many storms and wear and tear. The locks gave fast access to our staff to open our facility. When I needed assistance or had an issue the customer service was excellent. Over the years of using this product, I'm not disappointed.

I got this lock to go keyless for my…

I got this lock to go keyless for my both doors as my kids sometimes locks themselves out of the unit.
I love this product, its build strudy, app is nice and installation is fairly straightforward.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. Rather lack of customer service. We spent hours on hold (nobody picks up. Ever!). Finally went thru Facebook messenger and the customer service repeatedly ignored my request to have a call back and to speak to a live agent. They’ve also ignored my requests to provide me instructions on how to process a return on this EXPENSIVE product. We eventually got it to work but save your time and money. Stay away from this product. They’ve also ignored my emails requesting to return the product. 100% satisfaction is a joke!

I was skeptical at first because of the…

I was skeptical at first because of the reviews but the product was like no other on the market. I gave it a try and have not been disappointed. The wait times are longer at times but they did follow up and ensured my issue was resolved. They even sent me a nice sun visor. Lockly has my vote

Save headaches,add security

I love my Lockly locks. I have purchased six of them over the last 4 years and keep them on Sober houses. It has taken security to the next level by not having to use keys. I love the fingerprint feature. I will continue being a Lockly customer.

I had the Wi-Fi secure pro locks…

I had the Wi-Fi secure pro locks installed by professionals when I had my doors replaced with iron doors. I have had nothing but problems with them. They will work for awhile and then suddenly they start locking and unlocking themselves. Sometimes they will lock as I am shutting the door. My door frame has been torn up due to this malfunction. I have had the locksmith replace these things 5 times. The locksmith charges me $525.00 each time they replace one again.
I contacted LOCKLY and they told me there are a lot of products out there that are defective, and they think they have corrected this issue with this years locks. I DO NOT recommend this lock company, or their customer service. Buy a Schlage or some other brand if you think you want a biometric lock.

Loving my Lockly 10/10 gold star

I purchased the Vision Elite from Bestbuy and have had it on my door for just over a year. I wanted to make sure to give it a year before writing my review. The install seemed to be very difficult at first but after watching the installation video on youtube I felt very confident and it actually went VERY smoothly. The lock as work perfectly ever since with zero glitches. I am super happy and plan to purchase more Lockly locks for my other doors too! Over all I would give it a 10/10! No complaints at all!

Worst lock company

Worst customer service, do not get the OS version of the App, it’s way over priced and works worse then word 97 no joke.
Lockly is a sales company not a security company they do not back any product they sell, if you suffer a loss due to these locks they do not care.
If your lock breaks good luck, if you have a break in to bad.

Upsell you a faulty lock that won;t fit your door that broken right from the start 40 messages the support won't help and constantly blame everything. NEWER Ever buy product from this company not to mention they use European/Chinease standard not American so it won't fit good in your door
