Copious amounts of packing materials in every box. (yes, they need to keep it cold). Meals were okay but doesn't suit our lifestyle. There are many nights that we don't eat a full dinner or eat out. And maybe you're feeling like Italian when you've got to cook the Peruvian chicken.

Pleased with the quality of vegetables and meats. Instructions were easy to follow, however, I feel that the timing on preparation is off. Perhaps a trained professional chef may be able to complete all tasks in the time indicated for "prep".
Did have a little hiccup on first order - wrong instruction sheet for one of our meals. I called in and spoke with a representative who resolved the matter quickly.

Fresh and Convenient -Several years ago, we ordered from HelloFresh. I was pleased with the service, but our family grew and so I chose to discontinue the service. However, as the only vegetarian in the home I decided to sign up for this home meal service again. AND I AM THRILLED. There is the same fresh ingredients and interesting recipes, AND I appreciate that now each meal is in its own brown bag, making it even easier on prep night. I was in a rut before and now I have expanded my meal options and I am cutting down on eating out, which is more expensive and not as healthy.

Too many dishes with....green beans, potato wedges, and Mexican dishes.
How about some different vegies, carrots, zucchini and pasta dishes, example...Pasta with chicken and Alfredo sauce, lasagna, chicken tetrazzini, chicken parm. Swedish meatballs
instructions are easy to understand and what was sent was fresh and neatly packed.

Delivery onetime, packaged well and most ingredients are fresh. Some hiccups, missed some almonds in one recipe and the apples were bruised and soft. Would like more options for carb, instead of side either rice or potatoes on most meals.

I like that the serving sizes are satisfying. I like vegetables with my dinner and the vegetable servings are nicely proportioned. The meals I have selected have been very appetizing and there is nothing so far that I wouldn't repeat. My delivery arrives on time and is nicely packaged. Also, I like they are striving to sustainability in their package.

Very ADHD accessible (bolded words for the ingredients I'll be handling, clear instructions, pictures to guide what I should be doing, prep/cook time to help ease how daunting things can be due to the time it'd take to cook). Very easy to follow along & makes cooking doable & sometimes fun!

App has been easy to use and delivery is always on time. I've been trying a lot of different food services, and I feel that HelloFresh has been one of the best. I admit that I still hate having to cook after working all day, but the meals always are better when cooked fresh, and recipes have been easy. I've liked all I've tried with maybe one exception.

Received my second delivery today. First package and food was amazing. Second package came half way opened. Maybe because of shipping and handling. Some of the packaging inside was not in its correct bag. Broccoli soup bust out of packaging was not able to retrieve the soup. Other wise everything seems to be okay and intact

I thought the introductory offer would be a good way to try something new. Definitely has fresh items, clear instructions. Beware, the price increases significantly with shipping and any extras. I canceled after 3rd box. Ground pork or turkey are not worth their high price. I was disappointed.

Lots of good meals for a decent price and easy to make. Not as convenient as other meal kits Ex: Have to peel and mince your own garlic or ginger where other kits provide it already peeled, minced and portioned. I also think the premium choices have too high of a price markup compared to the basic meals.

The meal I made tasted good (glazed meatballs) but the potatoes were the wrong kind for mashed potato - they were small white ones rather than a russet or something larger/mushier. It was also supposed to be 17oz and more like 13-14. Carrots were just under 9 ounces too, which after oh cut the tops off and peel doesn’t seem like a lot of carrots.

Overall, good recipes and product; however, this is my second delivery and also the second time my box was open. One piece of tape was used each time. Not sure if it was the way it was packed in delivery vehicle that caused it to open or what, but not satisfied with that aspect of the service. I would suggest taping the boxes more securely to withstand transport.

A good friend introduced me to hellofresh and i am very impressed. I am someone who loves to cook but I always make more then we need, but with hellofresh all the meals are perfectly measured out, and delicious. the delivery is fast and easy. I have been telling family and friends they need to order some boxes

One of your meals made us sick, the Thyme Chicken. The Pot pie was awful tasting. We are ready to cancel our subscription. The first week's meals were great, the taste and quality has deteriorated every week. Trying to get into the site to change weeks meals is difficult.

The meals I received were easy and fairly quick to prepare with the fresh, not frozen, ingredients and perfect directions with photos! I like the fact that each meal is packaged in a brown paper bag labeled with the meal - love no use of plastic! I was pleasantly surprised with how delicious the meals were and look forward to my next round of meals which, yay for me, arrived today!

I love the ease of choosing meals, delivery and cooking. My husband is a "meat and potatoes" guy so I would love to see more choices in that category within the plan and not having to pay extra.

The taste of the food is really good. The ingredients are as advertised and fresh. The problem I find is that MANY of portions are small for ingredients. Sometimes there isn't enough celery, or cheese, or dill. Maybe when they get packaged some bags are missed and they're expediently shipped. Overall solid 3. Great taste, but rather small portions. Of my first 3 meals I've only had one that actually filled my stomach.

Vegetables keep spoiling too fast. Potatoes are either black inside or soft. Jalapeño with spicy Peruvian chicken was mush.
