After making a simple request on their…

After making a simple request on their website to verify that I meet the requirements to obtain the Green Card, they call you from several numbers (even from your own country). They interview you and ask you for a lot of personal information and eventually they tell you that you have a good chance of obtaining the Green Card but you have to pay immediately 400$ (as if it were a sort of temporary offer). After that I suddenly requested a refund which they denied me.

The people I spoke to were not even American.

Avoid this scam company at all costs

Please know that this company are a complete and utter scam!

They will take thousands of pounds and request your passport and birth certificate too.

There is no possible way to enter into the lottery now and yet they will tell you you’ve been selected!

It's not an official website from the goverment. No refunds or cancellations possible.

There is an official US government fraud warning concerning visa services which I am including below.

After a Google search I clicked on americangc.com believing it was an official government website. I entered my contact details and received an unsolicited call asking for my personal data and a payment. After the call I realized it was a private company, so I asked for cancellation and refund on the very same day which was denied. The visa process on the official site of the government is actually free. Although I asked to clear my case, I was still being harassed with multiple phone call attempts.
For me, it is a dishonest business model with dubious refund restrictions.

Also, I noticed bad reviews on Trustpilot being removed.

Fraud Warning (travel.state.gov):
“Some websites try to deceive the public by making them believe they are official US government websites. These websites try to appear official and often include images of the US flag, Capitol, White House or Statue of Liberty. What these websites are missing is the '.gov' ending in their addresses. Remember, anything that doesn't end in '.gov' should be considered suspicious."
