I have given my dogs Wuffes twice. Each time they showed improvement in their joint mobility and overall demeanor. They were happier and played more! I couldn’t have asked for more. They also have excellent customer service! Thank you Wuffes❤️

Our cats love this food. They look forward to meals and even anticipate feeding time. I like the fact that the food is good and good for them. The food is easy to order. The customer service is excellent with quick response time.

Never trust on what you see on the video. The quality is completely different! It said to send from the factory near your country but it took a world tour and arrived in almost 10 days. It probably costs only 1/10 of the price.

I bought three diffusers and was sent ones that were wired for the UK. It took a while to get replacements that were wires for the US. Then I wasn’t sure they worked bc they said you should see a light come on when the button is pressed. However, I had to email them bc I wasn’t aware you had to plug them up in the dark so you could see the faint light. I used each diffuser until it was time to put in refill but none of them helped my dogs or worked as they said they should so I emailed to return the refills only and I was denied a refund saying it was past the 30 day return date, even though I had difficulties from the very being. Very poor customer service along with a product that DID NOT work at all. Very disappointed customer here.

Our doggy died. We called to cancel his subscription and return some food, and not only were they very cool about that but then we got a bouquet and card delivered to honor our late fur baby. This was just beyond expectation and we wanted to come here and pay recognition.
