Your costumer service is great. When I screwed up my order on a 3 day holiday weekend the last thing I expected was a response from you, the CEO, within a couple of hours. Then on Veterans Day I got a phone message from one of your staff regarding color availability. I wasn’t going to respond till Tuesday, after the holiday weekend, but he contacted me several times. You all need to take some time off and relax. I have now received my cooler and it’s great. I got it in time to help me finish canning my albacore. It really keeps things cold. Great product.
