Please be informed that this company is currently undergoing legal action filed by NYC as of September 16, 2024. Specifically, the lawsuit alleges that "National Floors Direct preys on consumers by targeting them with false advertisements, routinely misleading them about when service will begin, providing poor quality work and refusing to offer refunds and cancellations in violation of the law." I experienced the exact same predatory dealings with this company and I have now taken steps to notify the Texas Attorney General's office so that Texas may start their own suit against them. I may simply file the case myself qui tam (on behalf of the State of Texas) to allow the Texas Attorney General's office the option to join my suit against this predatory company.

I was doing research for high-quality silk sheets. I got information about this company and its product from Reddit. So far, their silk bed sheet makes me feel like I am sleeping on a cloud! I can sleep without my weighted blanket now (the weighted blanket helps me fall asleep, but it does make me sweat). I do not want to get out of bed because of how comfortable it feels on my skin. Customer service is kind and responsive. They were able to change my address before it was shipped! I received the item a week after making the order, so they shipped it quickly!

I’ve been looking to replace the silicone band that came with my Apple Watch for something more versatile that I could wear to work or dinner — ended up buying a Moher Green band with the gold buckle and could not be happier! OMG, I love this jacket! It's beautifully made and so comfortable. I was looking for a petite leather jacket and this site came up when I googled.
