I was matched with a resume creator, took their survey, sent my resume draft for them to build a new one off the information and got a 1st draft resume and cover letter back to review pretty quickly. I only had 5 days to request edits and get my final copy of each document finalized so I wasted no time. I made corrections as I felt were appropriate and sent them back right away. I didn't receive a confirmation that my correspondence was received so I sent it 2 additional times, requesting confirmation of receipt... Nothing... I went to their AI chat option and was notified that there isn't anyone available after hours or on weekends. Meanwhile, the clock is ticking and my time allowed to get edits done and my documents finalized is almost up. Super unprofessional customer service. I am going to want a refund. Then I waited 4 days with no reply.

Personally I needed this, I was completely lost in this site helped me find my direction, it doesn't show you exactly the path you're going to enjoy the most but it gives you an idea to where to go and to search for, definitely recommend it if feel lost in life
