     Mary Morley was born in 1667.2 She was the daughter of Sir William Morley and Ann Denham.1,2 She married James Stanley, 10th Earl of Deby, son of Charles Stanley, 8th Earl of Derby and Dorothea Helena van den Kerchhove, in February 1705.1 She died on 29 March 1752.1
     From February 1705, her married name became Stanley. After her marriage, Mary Morley was styled as Countess of Derby in February 1705.

     Lady Charlotte Stanley was the daughter of Edward Smith-Stanley, 12th Earl of Derby and Lady Elizabeth Hamilton.1 She married Edmund Hornby, son of Reverend Geoffrey Hornby and Lady Lucy Smith-Stanley, on 22 August 1796.1 She died on 25 November 1805, leaving issue.1
     Her married name became Hornby.

Edmund Hornby1

     Edmund Hornby was born on 16 June 1773.2 He was the son of Reverend Geoffrey Hornby and Lady Lucy Smith-Stanley. He married Lady Charlotte Stanley, daughter of Edward Smith-Stanley, 12th Earl of Derby and Lady Elizabeth Hamilton, on 22 August 1796.1 He died on 18 November 1857 at age 84.1
     He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Preston between 1812 and 1826.2 He held the office of Sheriff of Lancashire between 1828 and 1829.2 He lived at Dalton Hall, Westmorland, EnglandG.1

     Reverend Geoffrey Hornby was born in 1750 at Layton Hall, EnglandG.2 He was the son of Edmund Hornby and Margaret Winckley.2 He married Lady Lucy Smith-Stanley, daughter of Rt. Hon. James Smith-Stanley and Lucy Smith.1 He died in 1812.3
     He was the Rector at Winwick, Lancashire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Lancashire in 1774.2 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Lancashire Militia.2

     Eliza Farren was the daughter of George Farren.1 She married Edward Smith-Stanley, 12th Earl of Derby, son of Rt. Hon. James Smith-Stanley and Lucy Smith, on 1 May 1797.1 She died on 23 April 1829.1
     After her marriage, Eliza Farren was styled as Countess of Derby on 1 May 1797. From 1 May 1797, her married name became Smith-Stanley. She was a celebrated actress.1

     Admiral of the Fleet Sir Geoffrey Thomas Phipps Hornby was born on 10 February 1825.2 He was the son of Admiral Sir Phipps Hornby and Maria Sophia Burgoyne.2 He died on 3 March 1895 at age 70.2
