Community-supported
Periodically, Tableau will review comments and requests, and address feedback of Community-supported tools. If you have any issues, you may ask for help on the Tableau community forums or log any defects that you discover in the tool's issue tracker. Professional Services offerings may be available to support your needs; your Account Executive and/or Services Account Partner can assist with engaging Professional Service.
Tableau-supported
Tableau provides support for potential defects and for unmodified sample code that isn't working. For help with your code, submit questions and ask for help on the Tableau developer community forums or log any defects that you discover in the tool's issue tracker. If you are a Tableau customer, you can contact Tableau Support for assistance with errors in the sample code provided by Tableau. However, Tableau does not provide support for programs that customers create that use a specific tool. Professional Services offerings may be available to support your needs; your Account Executive and/or Services Account Partner can assist with engaging Professional Service.
Developer support
Developer support is offered to customers with Premier and Signature Success Plans, specifically targeting areas of the product that require some coding or developer expertise.
