Caroline Di Russo is a lawyer with 15 years of experience specialising in commercial litigation and corporate insolvency and since February 2023 has been the Liberal Party President in Western Australia.
Caroline Marcus is a senior reporter based in Sky News Australia’s Sydney bureau. She has worked as a reporter in television and newspapers in Australia and Singapore for more than 20 years. She has also been an opinion columnist for the Daily Telegraph in NSW and Sunday Mail in Queensland.
Cheng Lei joined Sky News Australia as a TV news presenter and columnist at SkyNews.com.au in December 2023. Prior to her role at Sky News Australia, she was a news anchor for Chinese-owned news channel CGTN and was CNBC’s China correspondent. In August 2020, Cheng Lei was detained by Chinese authorities. She was released and returned to Australia in October 2023.
Crystal Wu is a news reporter based in Sky News Australia’s Perth bureau. She began her career in New Zealand before moving to Sydney.
Gabriella Power joined Sky News in the Sydney newsroom in 2017 before moving to Melbourne to cover state politics. Gabriella covered the Tokyo Olympic Games as part of News Corp’s team, which was awarded Achievements in Outstanding Teamwork at the 2021 News Awards. In 2022 Gabriella was on the campaign trail covering the Australian federal election. Gabriella was appointed to the position of Digital Presenter in 2023.

Matt Cunningham has worked as a journalist in the Northern Territory for more than 12 years. He is a former editor of the Northern Territory News. Since 2016 Matt has been the Darwin Bureau Chief and Northern Australia Correspondent for Sky News Australia.

Piers Morgan is an accomplished broadcaster and journalist who began his career in 1988 at The Sun and has hosted programs including Piers Morgan Live, Good Morning Britain, America’s Got Talent, Britain’s Got Talent. Piers is currently a columnist for The Sun and his online program Piers Morgan Uncensored is available on YouTube.
Rhiannon Elston joined Sky News’ Weather team as a journalist and presenter in August 2020. She has covered some of Australia’s most significant meterological events, including as the host of ‘The Recovery’ documentary special that aired on Sky News and Sky News Weather in February 2023.
Rob has more than a decade of experience as a meteorologist and joined Sky News Australia in December 2017. He provides Australians with on-air forecasts and written analysis via SkyNews.com.au about the key weather events affecting the country.

Sharri Markson is the host of ‘Sharri’ on Sky News Australia, Monday-Thursday at 5pm. She is a two-time Walkley Award winner, the recipient of the 2018 Sir Keith Murdoch Award for Excellence in Journalism, the winner of the 2020 News Award for Investigative Journalism, a winner of four Kennedy Awards – for Journalist of the Year, Political Journalist of the Year, Columnist of the Year and Scoop of the Year – and joint winner of the 2019 Press Gallery Political Journalist of the Year award. Staś Butler joined Sky News Australia in late 2023 after previous positions as a Copy Editor at TaiwanPlus and a Broadcast Journalist at Radio Taiwan International. He has a first-class honours degree in Russian and Arabic from the University of Oxford.
