Excel Shortcuts | Navigation Commands

Key Stroke Description

Arrows Move one cell up, down, right, left

Ctrl + Arrows Move to the edge of the current data region

Page Up / Page Down Move one screen up / down

Ctrl + Page Up / Page Down Move one worksheet left / right in a workbook

Home Move to beginning of current row

Ctrl + Home Move to the top left cell

Ctrl + End Move to the bottom right cell in a workspace

Shift + Enter Move in the opposite direction as enter

Enter Paste once (clears clipboard)
