DILAPIDATION REPORT
Depending on whether you have just moved into your new office or whether you are vacating it, we will carry out an inspection of the office and accurately value the cost to reinstate the unit as per the lease conditions. Our independent report will serve as a record in the event of any claim such as damage to the building.

HIGHEST AND BEST USE
When a client wishes Savills to undertake a Highest and Best Use study, we use our in-house cost management team to prepare an accurate rate per m2 or cost estimate to feed into the feasibility model. This ensures the Savills Highest and Best Use study is robust and based on extensive historical data.
