Catesby is a Chartered Surveyor and has been in the region for over 14 years, having worked in three countries across the Middle East including Egypt, the UAE and Bahrain.

Catesby has helmed the Egypt office of Savills since its inception 5 years ago. He is responsible for overseeing all of the service lines including property management, strategic consulting, project management, leasing and sales, marketing and corporate services.
During his leadership, the Egypt office has already undertaken work with major developers including SODIC, TMG, Hassan Allam and Qatari Diar. The Cairo office has also recorded the fastest growth among any global Savills office for five years, with headcount growing to nearly 150 today.
In 2021, Cityscape Global named Catesby as one of Egypt’s Top Achievers for his contribution to Egypt’s real estate sector.
