PhilaLandmarks is able to work towards our many goals thanks to the critical support of generous, history loving individual donors and corporations. Preserving our houses and artifacts is an expensive undertaking. As a non-profit organization, we rely on and welcome all level of donations: one-time gifts, monthly donations, annual gifts, matching gifts, gifts of stocks and other planned giving bequests.
Company Matching Gifts Double the Impact
Each year, companies and businesses support nonprofits by distributing hundreds of millions of dollars in matching gift donations.
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees to reward generosity. If you or your spouse work for a matching gift company, your gift to us may be doubled or tripled simply by completing a form available from your employer.
When you make a gift to PhilaLandmarks, your employer makes a gift in your name as well. So if you make a gift of $250, your employer may contribute a corresponding gift ranging from $250 to $500, depending on your company's matching policy. Donations to our Collections
Along with our historical structures and properties, PhilaLandmarks collects and preserves relevant historical fine art, period furniture and other significant objects and artifacts of the era, including but not limited to documents, books, manuscripts, letters, photographs, maps, architectural drawings, publications, sterling silver, china, and other fine decorative arts objects, tools and armaments, costumes and textiles, paper currency, coins and medals. We welcome donations of relevant objects or funds to assist us in any purchases of items that become available through key public auctions.
