The NIHR is seeking 2 experienced and results-driven Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Specialists to lead the development and implementation of impactful MEL frameworks.

You will be responsible for generating and communicating key management information, and for developing digital solutions that are essential for the successful delivery of the Data and Analytics function and the wider NIHR Research Delivery Network.

You will be a professionally experienced project manager responsible for supporting the Senior Project Managers on major project initiatives as well as directly managing smaller-scale projects and work streams within a larger programme of work.

Reporting to a Senior Research Manager, the post holder will cover the full end-to-end process of research management, from launching new calls for applications through to contracting and active monitoring of funded projects.
