What an event across offices for the NFL's newest ERG, the Young Professional Advisory Community (YPAC). NFL Media in LA brought the energy and support for the launch earlier this week, and we are excited to see how YPAC grows!
Yesterday we launched the NFL’s 10th and newest employee resource group: the Young Professional Advisory Community, affectionately known as YPAC. YPAC officially came to life after several years of brainstorming and development, with the goal of shining a spotlight on the talented young employees at the NFL and encouraging their growth and development as future leaders in the sports industry. It was amazing to see such wonderful turnout at our launch events in New York and Los Angeles, and feel the enthusiasm from all staff to participate in these events and join our new organization. I started at the NFL ten days after graduating from USC, and as the only professional home I’ve ever known, I feel extraordinarily fortunate to have landed at a place that is full of smart, kind, and energetic people who are eager celebrate one another – something I felt more than ever at our launch events yesterday. YPAC exists to foster that sense of community for all employees at the NFL, as well as provide skill development and education to prepare the next wave of leaders that I am excited to work alongside today and into the future. YPAC couldn’t have been born without the support of so many different people, including our executive sponsor Ian Trombetta, the team leading YPAC across LA and NY in Sierra Scali, Cam Ross, Alyssa Diep, Sophie Rodney and Bradley Polkowitz, the work from Jonathan Beane, Josephine Martínez, and Troy Coale who helped us turn YPAC from an idea into a reality, and the creativity of Jack Skinner who built YPAC’s framework with me over the years. So excited for the things to come from this group and our entire membership.
