We’re honored to have sponsored the Boom Days Festival this year! We aren’t shy about our love for Fort Payne's rich history and how our beautiful town came to be. Here’s a quick and fascinating history lesson: Fort Payne, originally known as Will's Town, was home to the Cherokee people and Sequoyah, who developed the Cherokee alphabet. It later became a key site during the Trail of Tears in 1838. With the discovery of coal and iron ore, Fort Payne saw a rapid influx of investors and population growth, earning it the nickname "Pittsburgh of the South" before the boom ended in 1893. Fort Payne became known as the "Sock Capital of the World" as it grew into the largest hosiery manufacturing location in America, diversifying into other industries and later developing a growing tourism sector. Thank you Boom Days for honoring the legacy of those who built our community!

This month, All Temp celebrated our 10-year anniversary! We're especially honored to recognize our six loyal employees who have been with us since the company was acquired. Your unwavering commitment and contributions have been instrumental in our success. Thank you for your dedication and loyalty. The field behind our Beck Building added to the fun, complete with volleyball courts and cornhole games. We love this space, and we can't wait to bring people together for events again here in the future. As we look ahead to the next decade, we're excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. Let's continue to foster a positive and supportive work environment where we can grow, learn, and achieve great things together. Here's to 10 more years of success, hard work, and unforgettable moments!

Congrats to our employee of the month, Jessica McCullough! She stands out not just for her exceptional skills on the job but for the leadership she naturally embodies, both at work and at home. As the eldest of two brothers, she seamlessly takes on responsibilities, reflecting her strong sense of family. A true Alabama football fanatic, Jessica’s passion for the Crimson Tide is contagious. Beyond work and sports, she finds joy in the outdoors, often hiking, kayaking, or spending time with her niece, Alayah, who shares her love for adventure. At work, Jessica is recognized as a versatile team player, known for being the fastest frame taper and someone who can handle multiple tasks effortlessly. Her willingness to step up and perform, no matter the challenge, is a testament to her dedication and work ethic. 🙌

Another shoutout to our Care Team! This month they hosted an ice cream social for our employees, and it was a blast. 🍦 We believe in taking care of our employees and our community, and what better way to do that than with a little sweet treat? (Because, let’s be honest, we all scream for ice cream!) We're incredibly proud to have partnered with "A Little Something Extra," a mobile ice cream truck that serves up more than just frozen treats—they provide training and social opportunities for individuals who are differently-abled. They brought all the nostalgia with their novelty ice cream and that classic music box tune that makes you drop everything and run! Thanks, Team All Temp, for being the coolest crew around and to the ice cream aficionados for the frosty delights! If brain freeze was a competition, we'd all be winners! #CommunityCare #EmployeeAppreciation #InclusionMatters #BrainFreezeChampions #IceCreamSocial

Our Employee of the Month for July is Jesus Castanada! With a unique blend of strength and charm, Jesus lifts our spirits—both literally and figuratively—with his impressive weightlifting abilities and his knack for playing some romantic guitar melodies. A devoted father to his son and an active member of the Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in Ft. Payne, Jesus truly embodies humility and teamwork. He’s always quick to share the spotlight, often pointing out that his colleagues are equally deserving of recognition. In fact, his generous spirit led him to nominate four other outstanding team members for this month's award! Since joining our team in August 2023, Jesus has shown remarkable dedication and a collaborative approach in everything he does. We’re incredibly grateful for his contributions and proud to celebrate his achievements. Please join us in congratulating Jesus on this well-deserved recognition!

This was a big quarter for All Temp! At our most recent Buffalo Lunch we celebrated our Care Team’s initiatives: employee care, community care and global care. In Q2, the team organized three wonderful events that supported each of these initiatives. We are always so grateful for this group and the ways they give back! We also discussed the ways that All Temp is changing and growing, including significant investments in new equipment, 40,000 square feet of new space, and a 65% increase in capacity. One of our top priorities during this season of growth is caring for our employees. As the heart of All Temp, the people behind the scenes are what keep us going. The second half of the year is our canvas. Let’s enter it with perseverance, innovation, and teamwork!
