I recently had the privilege of participating in a mission trip to Guatemala, representing All Temp Windows and Wilson Lumber Company. This trip was particularly special as I was able to share the experience with my wife and daughter. The hospitality and warmth we encountered was truly touching. As soon as we arrived, village residents welcomed us with open arms, and not soon after a few of the young ladies there were braiding my daughter's hair, before she even had a chance to sit down. This trip was a profound reminder of the importance of community and the joy of serving others. I'm incredibly grateful to work for such a supportive company that values giving back and making a difference. Serving alongside colleagues like Robb Wilson and my family and seeing the positive impact we could have was a truly humbling experience. I feel blessed to serve a mighty God who guides us to opportunities where we can help and connect with others on such a meaningful level.

With an added 40,000 square feet, an additional vinyl line for assembly, and new automated equipment into production, we have set the stage for improved quality and delivery, ensuring you receive the best possible products faster. #AllTempWindows

We’re so excited our new Heico machine has arrived! This piece of equipment will allow us to wet glaze 125,000 window units a year, saving our team from this manual process and providing our customers with higher-performing windows. Stay tuned for more updates!

Congrats to our May Employee of the Month, Daniela Avalos! Daniela's a volleyball star who excels both on and off the court. She’s a pro multi-tasker juggling parenting, sports and her career. Daniela's also fluent in Spanish, regularly assisting with translation tasks. For the past three years, she's been a positive and valuable asset to the team. Thanks to our Care Team, our bi-annual food drive with OneGen Away was a success! We were able to distribute over 325 baskets of food to our community with the help of our generous volunteers. Plus, we even found a heart-shaped potato! ❤️

Check out these All Temp socks made right here in Fort Payne, the former Sock Capital of the World! The sock mills are a significant part of our town’s history. In the late 90s, Fort Payne produced over half of the socks made in the United States, and one out of every eight pairs of socks produced globally were made here. The town even supplied socks for American soldiers in World War II! Though the industry has faced challenges in recent years, Fort Payne's innovative spirit lives on.
