David began his professional journey as a Public Defender, then transitioned to BigLaw, defending toxic tort claims. With 13 years at Hill Wallack and extensive litigation experience, including over 40 jury trials, he has been recognized by Super Lawyers for 18 years and has held roles such as Bucks County Bar Association & Foundation President. Meet John Bobber Jr., Counsel at Hill Wallack LLP’s Yardley, PA office. John has over 25 years of experience defending insurance companies and their insureds and also representing individuals in personal injury actions. Meet Henry Chou, Partner at Hill Wallack LLP’s Princeton office. Henry is a skilled and seasoned attorney with a robust focus on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, environmental permitting, and renewable energy projects. He represents a diverse clientele, including domestic and foreign companies, public entities, and non-profits, in commercial real estate transactions, land use matters, and regulatory compliance. Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, Henry effectively bridges the gap for foreign entities navigating the U.S. market. With a law degree from Rutgers Law School and a background that includes a judicial clerkship, Henry has made a significant impact in facilitating cross-border transactions and the development of renewable energy projects.
