Tony Solimine, Esq. and Tim Middleton, Esq., of the Wilentz Public Finance Group, served as bond counsel to The Board of Education of the Township of Willingboro in the County of Burlington in connection with the authorization and issuance of a $10,795,000 Energy Savings Obligation Refunding School Bonds, Series 2024, dated July 31, 2024. The proceeds will be utilized to finance various energy conservation measures throughout the school district. The energy savings generated from these improvements together with all applicable rebates will be sufficient to pay the principal and interest associated with the obligations. In sum, this financing will result in upgraded facilities with no new tax impact to the residents of the School District.
