Color Health Partners With Evry Health to Expand Access to Virtual Cancer Care https://lnkd.in/ekTz-g3U
Color has reinvented the approach to cancer and created a single partner for accessible care across the entire cancer journey. By focusing on three main levers–access, speed, and direct clinical care–Color’s oncologist-led clinical team identifies and manages high-risk members, detects cancer earlier across your population through at-home, NCCN guidelines–based screening, improves experience, outcomes, and costs for those in active treatment, and supports survivors in staying healthy and preventing recurrence. Color's focus on access drives 20% enrollment in year one and increases screening adherence by 77%. Color’s clinical team reduces barriers to care, cutting time to diagnosis and treatment by 55% and closing 75% of clinical care gaps. Together, these improvements lead to a healthier population and deliver 2.6:1 ROI in year one.

As Funds shape 2026 strategies, benefits leaders need clear, practical ways to talk about what is actually driving cancer costs and what can change them. On January 13 at 11:00am PT / 2:00pm ET, Tyler Lefeber and Courtney S. Campbell, two leaders of our Labor team, are hosting a webinar on what is working, what is not, and how a direct clinical care model helps Funds move faster, support members, and reduce avoidable cancer costs. Big news in breast cancer research. University of California, San Francisco’s The WISDOM Study, published in JAMA today, shows that risk-based breast cancer detection improves outcomes and reduces unnecessary interventions. With 46,000 participants, it is one of the strongest proofs yet that personalized detection can work at scale. Color supported key parts of the study, including at-home participant logistics, risk data generation, and nationwide engagement infrastructure. Key findings: • 37% fewer stage IIB cancers in the risk-based group • No advanced cancers in the highest-risk group • 30% had meaningful risk not apparent from family history or standard guidelines This is personalized detection in action: focus where risk is highest, reduce what is unnecessary, and deliver better outcomes. ✨ An Incredible Day at the GPBCH Oncology Summit ✨ I’m still energized from an amazing day at the Greater Philadelphia Business Coalition on Health Oncology Summit. A huge thank-you to the entire GPBCH team for putting together such a thoughtful, high-impact event. The discussions, insights, and shared commitment to improving oncology care were truly inspiring. I was especially grateful for the opportunity to participate on a panel with Color —diving into the evolving landscape of cancer prevention, early detection, and equitable access. It was an honor to learn from fellow panelists and engage with leaders who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible for patients and employers alike. I also want to highlight Coach Dunphy, whose passion, leadership, and ongoing work in this space continue to make a remarkable impact. His commitment to supporting patients and communities is both grounding and motivating, and it added a powerful dimension to the day’s conversations. And Sue Weldon for the incredible work she is doing through her organization, one patient at a time , bringing a much needed holistic, #whole person approach to Cancer care. Thank you for making it your life’s mission in making a difference in the lives of those that are living with this very difficult diagnosis. Thank you again to everyone who made the summit so special. . Days like this remind me why this work matters so deeply—and how much we can achieve when we come together with purpose. Looking forward to continuing the conversations and collaborations ahead. 💙🎗️ #Greater Philadelphia Business Coalition on Health Tanika Smith , Elizabeth Owens,Elzbieta Dziekonski BSN, RN Tom Belmont, Jr. # leadership in action Unite for HER CoachesVsCancer

In this new chapter, I am focusing on the people who turn purpose into meaningful impact. Talking with Othman Laraki reminded me why that work matters. When my husband died suddenly of a heart attack, I learned firsthand that timing can change everything in healthcare. That’s why this conversation with Othman struck me so deeply. Othman, the co-founder and CEO of Color, left Google and Twitter to tackle the delays and barriers that cost lives in cancer care. His family’s experience with breast cancer pushed him to create what is now a virtual cancer clinic—helping patients get screened on time, navigate treatment, and survive not just the disease, but also the financial and emotional toll. We talk about what healthcare can learn from tech, why efficiency saves more lives than incentives, and how AI could make clinical judgment abundant and accessible. I hope you’ll listen in. 🎧 https://lnkd.in/g2fa9Hm7 #healthcareinnovation #cancercare #AIinhealthcare
