Co-Lab members were eager to learn about (and share) different tactics for bringing consumer-focused strategies to life, with patient access, Generative AI and customer loyalty being hot topics! Some highlights included:
📏 Cedar’s Head of Commercial Strategy Dugan W. and Senior Director, Value Analytics Allison Eschbach presented progress and updates on Cedar’s PFX Benchmarks, healthcare’s first objective analysis for patient financial performance, highlighting the importance of these benchmarks for financial sustainability and patient loyalty
🗣 Jess Buchter of McKinsey & Company led an interactive working session, leveraging Voice of the Customer insights to tackle real-world healthcare consumer problems. No idea was too big!
🔮 Stephanie Bernardes of The Health Management Academy moderated a fireside chat with Jonathan Martin of POLITICO. The two engaged in an honest discussion about the upcoming election, and how the broader political context affects healthcare executives today.
🤖 Hippocratic AI and WellSpan Health shared more about their groundbreaking partnership to deploy advanced AI agents to handle non-diagnostic, patient-facing tasks, and the potential for cutting-edge AI solutions to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
