Creating a product customiser is on your website, is no small feat. It is normally a luxury only used by large businesses with deep pockets. Zakeke has allowed us to compete with some of the giants in our industry, to create a customisation tool customers can use to design their packaging in a really unique & user freindly way.
Customer support is great & our rep Ken Johnson, has always been there to help & I don't think we would have what we have implemented if it wasnt for all the time and help he has given us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall I think Zakeke is great & they are constantly adding features & improving their products. That's why I would say a small room for improvement would be providing more options for users to change how the customiser looks. At the moment you can change the colours & icons, but I would love to see options to change the customisers layout to say a landscape view or on the visual customiser, be able to place the 2d layout and the 3d model side by side with the control bar placed at the bottom of the screen.
I would also say, there are some great features on the Visual customiser that are not on the product configurator & vis versa. For example the ability to select bulk order for example on clothing you can select multiple different sizes or add shirt names etc that isn’t available on the configurator. User interface is really intuitive, and end users don't need tutorials in order to get their t shirt. There are plenty of features for users to choose: from photos, text and clipart.
The best thing is, we don't need to exchange e-mails with clients, because it's easy to implement and integrate Zakeke with woocomerce, we get all their files in nice PDF, in one place.
We noticed that usage is more frequant, now that we have user friendly interaface to make custom t-shirts.

One of the biggest downsize is that we can't see the sizes of ordered t-shirts inside our end, at wordpress.

What I like best is the user-friendliness, both on the customer's side and in the backend. Compared to other apps I have tested, everything was very self-explanatory. From the moment I started using Zakeke, I was really impressed with its sleek and intuitive interface. While Zakeke is a powerful tool, it does come with a bit of a learning curve. It took me some time to fully understand all the features and how to use them effectively. I also think the pricing could be more flexible, especially for smaller businesses. I'd appreciate it if there were more pricing tiers or options to choose from. Finally, I've had a few minor issues with the speed of the 3D preview tool. I started using Zakeke about 2 years ago and we're very happy with it. It's very easy to setup and very easy tu use for our visitors as well. It has saved us a lot of time! Zakeke is truly the best visual product designer we have tried. The setup process with our store was really easy and there a very few problems with the software. I think sometimes Zakeke UI is difficult to use and the product variations are hard to set up if you don't have the content (I.e product images). How I believe they can fix this by providing templates for popular products and allowing the dev to change the colour of the product without having to generate a new image.
