I have really enjoyed the ease of use. I make outbound calls all day and often have to immediately switch to video conference. The ease in which I can share my personal meeting link AND the ease with which my clients can access the meeting makes this a valuable tool for my daily production. I would like to be able to have an autodialer feature. If I could upload leads for example, and autodial down my list... that would be a game changer for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This has been by far one of the easiest out of the box setups that I've had. I don't have a tech background, but feel pretty tech inclined. The setup was easy and straightforward and the knowledge base/FAQs was very helpful for anything I couldn't figure out on my own. When the Knowledge Base wasn't sufficient the chat feature quickly got me the answer from a knowledgeable technician. I recommend RingCentral to everyone who is looking for VoIP services. The only thing I dislike and it could be a function of my cell phone, but I have an answering service set up and my phone never rings the 4 times I have it set to, it's usually once and if I don't see it immediately it just goes straight over to our answering service. I love how easy it is to use and how many useful functions it has. It has been extremely helpful between our two locations to not only centralize external calls, but interoffice communications as well. The fact that our communication needs in one place is amazing! Having all of our calls, texts, fax, interoffice messaging, and video meetings all in one place tremendously simplifies communications. The set up process was a breeze. Our business had multiple phone and fax lines, from multiple office locations. Integration was effortless and everything was transferred very smoothly without any problems or hiccups. Ring Central is extremely user friendly, but when I have to reach out to customer support they have always been great, and it is always a pleasant experience. It only takes a minute to connect with someone, with just a few words they understand what it is I am asking for, and it takes them no time to instruct me on how to complete the action or task I am inquiring about. We use Ring Central and all of the features daily. It has been such a great tool with great resources. RingCentral has been an essential tool for our company. What we like best about RingCentral is its reliability. The cost. Depending on your company’s size and needs, the pricing can be quite high, which might not be suitable for smaller budgets. It's important to determine whether the cost is justified for your specific requirements. Some features are complex for new users. 1. There is nothing to dislike about them, but it would be great if they can help us in resolving the few things directly by themself, instad of going to service providers, like removing our numbers from spam list.
2. Previously we use to have whatsapp business with ringcentral numbers, but now that has been removed.
3. Previously we are not paying for SMS charges, but now we are paying it seperately. But, that can be undestandable that it is due to change in rules with US government. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
RingEX is a complete VoIP service that includes items we used to be charged for, like Softphone applications. Their desktop application is fully integrated and full featured. Not only can you anser the phone and retrieve voicemails, but you can also direct text message, internal isntant messaging, and much more! The implementation was flawless and easy with Ring taking on all of the heavy lifting. Their customer support is exceptional, we have only needed to use them once and they sent us all of the critical information we needed to troubleshoot the issue timely and accurately. There is only one downside to RingEx and it is also a downside to all VoIP cloud based services...lose your internet or direct circuit connectivity and you lose everything...you can mitigate this with the Mobile App if you can without compromising any security or compliance requirements. I like that RingCentral gives me options to separate my business/personal life while still having access to phone, advanced video meetings, SMS and so forth. I love that I can setup call trees and not just have direct separate lines. I also love that it does cost me to have extra simultaneous incoming calls like a physical phone system, and that improvements happen relatively quickly even if not in each category. I dislike that I get spammed via SMS on our queue and can't reply as the queue. I wish it would integrate better with rival platforms like Google Chat or Google Meet, so our users who don't have need of a phone can still find coworkers in their directory and communicate together better. After migrating to RingEX I have heard many people from the firm that its much easier than our previous vendor. Are Integration went smoothly once we had someone that was knowledgeable of the platform we were migratin from. The end users aggreed that the features were much better than our other platform. The customer service is really good. I always receive a quick response. They will either walk you through how to set things up, or they will do it for you and tell you how they did it. I use a CRM designed for Executive Recruiting (PC Recruiter), and Ring Central works really well with it. I can push a button on a contact name in PC Recruiter and either call or text the individual, taking notes in real-time during the conversation. Ring Central does not have an autodialer feature, which would allow me to make more calls in a shorter period of time. Also, to my knowledge, it doesn't have a pre-recorded voicemail message that I can leave by pressing a button if I get somebody's voicemail.

RingCentral is simple to set up and has a wide range of flexibility for call flow setup. We use RingCentral MVP for small 2-person offices all the to large 100+ staff multi-site companies. The ability to use the main company number for both calls and faxing is also a great selling point as many clients do not want to maintain two separate numbers for calls and faxing. There seems to be a disconnect of service from the base support to second-tier, partner support. I appreciate having a partner account to get to the second-tier partner support as they are more knowledgeable and give me better issue resolution than the base support. The only downsides with this service is that customer support can be lacking. It can be very challenging to actually get any responses from support, and the online documentation is only helpful sometimes, for the most basic/general of scenarios or issues. All in one solution. We love that we have a main phone number, and all our workers (who work remotely), and clients can call or text to that one number...very convenient, and allows all of us to text or call - and to track all texts or calls. The new AI tools for how fast its coming and growing, it helps to have the tools to show real world and or applications to use it with not just saying it but not really showing/ how it can work for each user and such. Espically since its going to be upgraded over, so no mess of upgrading making it easy to upgrade to

I feel like the interface is slightly confusing especially moving from the app to the admin portal. I have experience with other platforms so I am somewhat familiar with how things work. RingEX allows for complex call flows to be configured in a very simple and efficient manner. The RingCentral platform allows for a single pane-of-glass administrative and analytical view of the phone system, making working in the platform a breeze. Building new sites, new call flows, and provisioning new devices can be done quickly, allowing any administator to be agile. Our Customer success team has been excellent. With RIngEX being the UC side of RIngCentral's suite of platforms, it does miss out on certain advanced features that would be found in most full-fledged contact center platforms.
