What do you like best about RingEX?

I have really enjoyed the ease of use. I make outbound calls all day and often have to immediately switch to video conference. The ease in which I can share my personal meeting link AND the ease with which my clients can access the meeting makes this a valuable tool for my daily production. What do you dislike about RingEX?

I would like to be able to have an autodialer feature. If I could upload leads for example, and autodial down my list... that would be a game changer for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the click to call feature so I can call directly from my 3rd party lead platform and right into RingEX. My role requires video conferencing and screen sharing with my clients, once we start our meeting, and RingEX makes it so easy to initiate and manage the conference call successfully. What do you like best about RingEX?

This has been by far one of the easiest out of the box setups that I've had. I don't have a tech background, but feel pretty tech inclined. The setup was easy and straightforward and the knowledge base/FAQs was very helpful for anything I couldn't figure out on my own. When the Knowledge Base wasn't sufficient the chat feature quickly got me the answer from a knowledgeable technician. I recommend RingCentral to everyone who is looking for VoIP services. What do you dislike about RingEX?

The only thing I dislike and it could be a function of my cell phone, but I have an answering service set up and my phone never rings the 4 times I have it set to, it's usually once and if I don't see it immediately it just goes straight over to our answering service. What do you like best about RingEX?

I love how easy it is to use and how many useful functions it has. It has been extremely helpful between our two locations to not only centralize external calls, but interoffice communications as well. The fact that our communication needs in one place is amazing! Having all of our calls, texts, fax, interoffice messaging, and video meetings all in one place tremendously simplifies communications. The set up process was a breeze. Our business had multiple phone and fax lines, from multiple office locations. Integration was effortless and everything was transferred very smoothly without any problems or hiccups. Ring Central is extremely user friendly, but when I have to reach out to customer support they have always been great, and it is always a pleasant experience. It only takes a minute to connect with someone, with just a few words they understand what it is I am asking for, and it takes them no time to instruct me on how to complete the action or task I am inquiring about. We use Ring Central and all of the features daily. It has been such a great tool with great resources. What do you dislike about RingEX?

The cost. Depending on your company’s size and needs, the pricing can be quite high, which might not be suitable for smaller budgets. It's important to determine whether the cost is justified for your specific requirements. Some features are complex for new users. The main problem it solved was providing our employess with a mobile extension, which is especially valuable for those who work from home (WFH) or have flexible work arrangements. What do you like best about RingEX?

For any kind of technical issue we face, the suppoert team would promptly get back to us and help us in resolving those issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

1. There is nothing to dislike about them, but it would be great if they can help us in resolving the few things directly by themself, instad of going to service providers, like removing our numbers from spam list.

2. Previously we use to have whatsapp business with ringcentral numbers, but now that has been removed.

3. Previously we are not paying for SMS charges, but now we are paying it seperately. But, that can be undestandable that it is due to change in rules with US government. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most of our support team works from India, They need US numbers to get in touch with our consultants working in USA. Using VoIP we were able to connect with them and there are many advantage with VoIP, like we don't have to worry about the SIM registratiosn, easy to assign the numbers to the users, same number can be resued for new joiners in the company. What do you like best about RingEX?

RingEX is a complete VoIP service that includes items we used to be charged for, like Softphone applications. Their desktop application is fully integrated and full featured. Not only can you anser the phone and retrieve voicemails, but you can also direct text message, internal isntant messaging, and much more! The implementation was flawless and easy with Ring taking on all of the heavy lifting. Their customer support is exceptional, we have only needed to use them once and they sent us all of the critical information we needed to troubleshoot the issue timely and accurately. The integration with our team was easy, our customer service reps got used to the interface and the new way of calls coming into a queue quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

There is only one downside to RingEx and it is also a downside to all VoIP cloud based services...lose your internet or direct circuit connectivity and you lose everything...you can mitigate this with the Mobile App if you can without compromising any security or compliance requirements. What do you like best about RingEX?

I like that RingCentral gives me options to separate my business/personal life while still having access to phone, advanced video meetings, SMS and so forth. I love that I can setup call trees and not just have direct separate lines. I also love that it does cost me to have extra simultaneous incoming calls like a physical phone system, and that improvements happen relatively quickly even if not in each category. What do you dislike about RingEX?

I dislike that I get spammed via SMS on our queue and can't reply as the queue. I wish it would integrate better with rival platforms like Google Chat or Google Meet, so our users who don't have need of a phone can still find coworkers in their directory and communicate together better. It allows us to have separate business and private lines, run analytics on things run through the platform and conduct high level video calls if needed. Unfortunately, we have a dwindling number of users who need a phone, and others opt to use Google Meet over RingCentral for client calls if they have the capabilty to join a Meet due to familiarity as far as I can determine. What do you like best about RingEX?

After migrating to RingEX I have heard many people from the firm that its much easier than our previous vendor. Are Integration went smoothly once we had someone that was knowledgeable of the platform we were migratin from. The end users aggreed that the features were much better than our other platform. What do you like best about RingEX?

The constant modifications based on customer feedback. In addition to the MINIMAL down time we ever have. The feature rich software is user friendly and rarely have to do much "troubleshooting" or issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SMS reusable templates. We have many repeated text (studies, appts, etc)

Bulk SMS exporting! I have been waiting for this as we didn't have a great way with our system to export these and for data retention very important!

Translator (when implemented fully) This is amazing as we do have many studies in various countries and even within our own US based studies often Spanish, etc. We have people speaking the language but in the middle to connect people or if someone is gone, this is helpful.

What do you like best about RingEX?

The customer service is really good. I always receive a quick response. They will either walk you through how to set things up, or they will do it for you and tell you how they did it. What do you like best about RingEX?

I use a CRM designed for Executive Recruiting (PC Recruiter), and Ring Central works really well with it. I can push a button on a contact name in PC Recruiter and either call or text the individual, taking notes in real-time during the conversation. I can also send an email and schedule a follow-up meeting right there during the call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

Ring Central does not have an autodialer feature, which would allow me to make more calls in a shorter period of time. Also, to my knowledge, it doesn't have a pre-recorded voicemail message that I can leave by pressing a button if I get somebody's voicemail.

Setting up SMS messaging with Ring Central was not easy. It took a few weeks, multiple phone calls, and a lot of emails back and forth. I finally have SMS messaging capabilities, but it took over four weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

It answers the phone, directs callers to my number, and provides a voicemail during non-work hours. In my opinion, it's more professional than having my mobile phone on me 24/7. What do you like best about RingEX?

RingCentral is simple to set up and has a wide range of flexibility for call flow setup. We use RingCentral MVP for small 2-person offices all the to large 100+ staff multi-site companies. The ability to use the main company number for both calls and faxing is also a great selling point as many clients do not want to maintain two separate numbers for calls and faxing. What do you dislike about RingEX?

There seems to be a disconnect of service from the base support to second-tier, partner support. I appreciate having a partner account to get to the second-tier partner support as they are more knowledgeable and give me better issue resolution than the base support. I typically have my customers send me their questions so I can leverage partner support instead of having the customer call the base support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

RingCentral MVP solves the problem of having multiple systems to manage calls, faxes, and texting. RingCentral also provides simple to complex call flow configuration to help a variety of clients, no matter what size their company is. This provides a benefit to my company as a proven solution we can implement across all our client base. The main benefit would be we can streamline VOIP account management across our client base and limit the amount of VOIP systems we have to monitor and administer for our clients. If we have a client requesting a new VOIP system we are quick to recommend RingCentral. We use RingCentral for our own company and highly recommend RingCentral MVP for all our clients. What do you like best about RingEX?

We find the service to be very reliable, and very easy for the end-users to activate and use. Being able to use both the softphone apps as well as deskphones, interchangeably, is a huge benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

The only downsides with this service is that customer support can be lacking. It can be very challenging to actually get any responses from support, and the online documentation is only helpful sometimes, for the most basic/general of scenarios or issues. Anything more complicated, particularly issues/delays relating to porting of numbers, requires direct support and that is not always easy to get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This service solves the problems of having users tied to their desks in order to make and receive phone calls on legacy phone systems, freeing them up to handle calls from anywhere using softphone apps on PCs and/or smartphones, while also still supporting the use of optional deskphones for those users that prefer them.

What do you like best about RingEX?

The meetings work very well. They are easy to schedule and we haven't had anyone have any issues other than their own connectivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

I haven't found anything I dislike so far. scheduling a meeting is right through outlook, so there's no additional steps that are required to put it on my calendar like some other apps meeting software I have used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingEX?

It is convenient and easy to use especially when making audio calls, video conferencing and sending texts to our clients.It's features are great,functionable,very extensive and works reliably.Am able to intergrate the software with our new Vacation Rental software which made communication with our guests more easier and automated.They also have amazing customer services,willing to help and guide every step.I highly recommend this tool. What do you like best about RingEX?

All in one solution. We love that we have a main phone number, and all our workers (who work remotely), and clients can call or text to that one number...very convenient, and allows all of us to text or call - and to track all texts or calls. What do you like best about RingEX?

Rings on my phone and computer with a great answer prompt menu. Very easy to set up and use. I use it almost daily for my business. The menu prompts the user to receipient by name. If no recipient is chosen, it will default to the extension we have chosen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingEX?

What do you like best about RingEX?

What do you like best about RingEX?

The new AI tools for how fast its coming and growing, it helps to have the tools to show real world and or applications to use it with not just saying it but not really showing/ how it can work for each user and such. Espically since its going to be upgraded over, so no mess of upgrading making it easy to upgrade to

Not sure yet, its so new it all sounds good and does sound it it is a number of tools people can find a way to use it and or work with it everyday. So until I get to use it for awhile I wouldn't know if there is anything I dislike but seems great so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I feel like the interface is slightly confusing especially moving from the app to the admin portal. I have experience with other platforms so I am somewhat familiar with how things work. What do you like best about RingEX?

What is best is that this program is accessible from your computer, cellphone, tablet or a phone which is connected to the internet. Even if your internet is down you can use this service from your cellphone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingEX?

RingEX allows for complex call flows to be configured in a very simple and efficient manner. The RingCentral platform allows for a single pane-of-glass administrative and analytical view of the phone system, making working in the platform a breeze. Building new sites, new call flows, and provisioning new devices can be done quickly, allowing any administator to be agile. Our Customer success team has been excellent. What do you dislike about RingEX?

With RIngEX being the UC side of RIngCentral's suite of platforms, it does miss out on certain advanced features that would be found in most full-fledged contact center platforms. Converting new locations from existing non RC VoIP platforms or other on-prem platforms is made simple with RingCentral's port-in process. Device procurement is also simplified as RingCentral will allow most pre-existing devices (Cisco, Avaya, Polycom, etc..) to be provisioned on their platform.
