What do you like best about Bitrix24?

Playful User Environment, good with reminders and with tracking the progress of the Lead Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitrix24?

Very restrictive to the normal user. Only the super admin has the ability to chnage some settings. Support is only available for the Super Admin and it's outsourced to third-party companies.

In our case the Managing Director is the Super Admin, so we as Users don't have any access to customize our workflow. So it's not convenient to bother the MD to ask for changing the settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me keep track of my Leads and set reminders for follow ups etc. It also syncs with your emails so email communication is tracked in the Customer's feed. What do you like best about Bitrix24?

Everything is integrated, from your chats to your telephony. Bitrix works well and its reminder features are fabulous. One of the easiest CRM's I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitrix24?

The fact that you have to be on a certain package to get useful help articles or customer support.

The second thing is the messaging system, it goes to whatsapp yes, but it cant be used as a regular chat app, so for example I connect my whatsapp to Bitrix24. Its used more as a call center chat app, when after a certain amount of inactivity the chat closes automatically and the person gives you a rating. If you need to chat to that person again, you cant.

Lastly, the gmail connection feature does not work well. Everytime I connect my gmail, emails don't come through like they should, emails go "missing" yet if i go to gmail itself the email shows there.

What do you like best about Bitrix24?

Bitrix24 is a complete business automation tool. We are using it in all of our daily activities. It includes lead management, deal management, task management, project, scrum, sprint, automation and many more things. It is easy to implement it for all the departments like sales, marketing, software development, front office, back office, account, and management. It also comes with various external tools which helps to manage our routine task and automation easily. It is easy to use even for a people with basic knowledge. What do you dislike about Bitrix24?

Currently, Bitrix charges you for everything, even to be able to view PDF files sent through a chat, in each update its developers remove functions that were free to make them paid, a rather unethical practice with the end consumer to whom they change the terms from one moment to the next it turns out to be hypocritical and lying. After testing several CRMs, Bitrix24 provided an outstanding number of features with the ease of use that we need in our accounting firm. Bitrix is a great communication tool for teams in the workplace where they can chat, comment, attach documents, and allow them to edit and share with respective peers.

What do you like best about Bitrix24?

With the Drag option they provided in their CRMs, we can create stages and pipelines for different categories of our work and departments and easily drag and drop the leads. Moreover, it provides many other options, like making a deal with the amount, and we can select any currency there. Apart from this, many other valuable tools are available in the CRM.

Bitrix24 prioritizes the security of user data and provides various security measures, including data encryption, two-factor authentication, access controls, and regular backups. Bitrix24 has ZERO support. Instead, they pass that obligation off to a network of partners who are mostly lying or falsely advertising to get your money and they offer a ZERO REFUND policy even if you were defrauded by one of their partners, they won't help you. The video conferencing and chat available varies in the browser and application. The emoticons are limited and no gifs to express the users thoughts during post engagement.
