Born in October 1986 Kontrast began writing poems at a young age which quickly progressed to songs and shortly after, at just thirteen, decided to create a home studio where he would learn his craft in both music production and song writing.
His moment in the spotlight came when he uploaded a short Hip-Hop freestyle over a self-produced beat under a previous alias. This was listened to by over half a million people and gained him mass exposure. On the back of this Kontrast would later release his debut single "That's the way Love is".
Although this is the only official release from Kontrast to date, he ghost-produces and writes for Artists all over the world.
In 2019, Kontrast took the decision to focus on his career as an artist and plans some big releases. Look out for future releases from Kontrast as he promises some huge future hits.
