Akaya hails from Orsu IMO State Nigeria, but currently based in Lagos as business man and a music artist.
Akaya started music at a tender age while growing up in a family of 6 making dreams come true is a difficult task, but he keeps on going on, until he released his first single titled Emily in 2013, the song became one of the talked about song in the street and later got nominated on the TopNaijaMusicAward, for the artist to watch for the year.
