Heymen is a pop-electronic band, formed by Jack Parisi and Marco Parisi (musicians, multi-instrumentalist, producers), Luca Bertolini (dj and producer) and Ryan Ellingson (singer and songwriter). Born four years ago, their productions and their sound are characterized by playing acoustic and electronic vintage instruments with the newest technologies.
Marco & Jack Parisi, following their father's footsteps, started to play music since they were children.
Marco, thanks to the perfect pitch, began to play the piano at 2 years old. Also Jack began to play drums and percussion when he was 4 years old. They grew up together hearing and playing everyday all kind of music.
Time passed by and the two brothers tryed new ways of musical expression: Marco began to play bass, guitar and discovered vintage instruments like Fender Rhodes, Hammond Organ and the old Synthesizers, while Jack began to play piano and guitar. Marco is now an international session musician, worldwide endorser and demonstrator for Korg, Roli & Studiologic
Luca Bertolini, following his father's passion as a DJ, started to listen to electronic music when he was a child and he was introduced by his brother to any other kind of music. He met Jack when he was 11, beginning to compare their musical tastes. The music lead them in a deep friendship and, just 15 year old, they started to compose and to work as DJs.
Their skills are improved day by day and together with Marco, some years later, they decided to create the "Heymen" band.
Ryan Ellingson joins the Heyman guys thanks to the web. Being in studio producing, the Heymen guys listened to a Ryan demo, it was amazing and they started to produce that song with a typical Heymen sound.
That “virtual” collaboration, amazing and intense, get real step by step, increasing the Heymen works bringing Ryan to became part of the band and of the full project.
